This Schecter Custom-8 bridge gives you the stability you need, plus a massive range of intonation, so you can tune your Omen-8 any way you like. Also a nice surprise, the 15:1 sealed and permanently lubricated tuning machines on the Omen-8 let you bend strings all day long without spending half your time tuning.

As with any electric guitar, the choice of tonewoods Schecter used has a huge impact on both the sound and feel of the Omen-8. To keep this substantial instrument light enough to play for hours yet resonant enough for metal, Schecter selected basswood for the body and maple for the neck.
