Light, easy to conceal, good signal transfer

Hosa makes a very nice product. I was concerned with heavy connectors stressing the jack on the back of my Mac Mini as I have to use an adapter in the dual function analog / optical port. The OPT-130 is perfect for this application as it is very light, no load on the jack. It is also easy to conceal, but do take care in handling so as not to kink or bend too tight a radius. Also, it most likely won't survive too many encounters with a vacuum cleaner if not properly secured. Best suited for permanent installs, not the rigors of the road. Now for the performance, it works perfectly. I didn't know if my older Mac Mini would have enough output to drive this 30ft plastic fiber, but it works without a problem. And since it's optical there are no paths for ground loop problems.
