Martin Acoustic SP 80/20 Bronze Extra Light

I love these strings after installing them on an Epiphone DR-100 the thing sounds amazing. I bought one set to test them and have since ordered two more sets knowing at some point I'm going to have a breakage. It's always a good idea to have spare strings.

If They Are Good Enough for Jacques Stotzem...

I have been using SP Lights for awhile and like them. I contacted Jacques Stotzem awhile back (incredibly gifted artist) and asked him which strings he plays and he replied...Hi Jack, Thanks for your reply and the strings I use are the Martin SP3000 80/20 Bronze ( Extra-Light 010 to 047) All the best,JacquesI figure if they are good enough for one of the truly great guitarists, they are good enough for me, and a bit easier on the fingers than the lights!

Martin

Martin 10-47. these strings are light gauge, and that's just how they sound. if your looking for a more fuller tone these are not right for you. they have a certain tone, a distinct brighter resonance than other brands.
