My Favorite Strap So Far

Straps are usually one of the last things that someone would think to put their money into. Usually straps get overlooked when you think about all the other things you need to buy in order to play out and on the road, when the reality is that the quality of the strap can make or break a live set up. Never was that more apparent to me until I bought this strap for a recently purchased guitar, and I can confidently say that I will be getting this strap for every guitar I own from this point forward. Regardless of what the strap is made of, I put Dunlop strap locks on it, as they are the most reliable in my experience. There have been a lot of times, particularly with leather or suede straps, that the material is too thick to fit the strap locks through, which for me is obviously a problem. Fortunately this strap is not too thick. Its very close, but the locks fit rather snugly over the material. Its a great balance, really, because I don't have to worry about testing through the material after heavy use (which is also helped by the fact that I play Ibanez S Series guitars, which are super light). The only downside I can possibly think of for this strap is that if you want to do guitar spins and flips and such, its not really going to work as the material holds too much traction. I don't bother myself with that kind of thing, so no big deal. Just be aware of that fact if you do like to get into the theatrical performance side. 4.5 is the highest rating I'll give anything, as I the perfect piece of gear does not exist universally speaking. This strap will probably not meet everyone's specific needs, but for me and the way I'll use it, its exactly what it needs to be.

Great Strap

It is more than I expected, smooth and soft, great quaility.

Definitely worth the money. It would be nice if the wide end was tapered, it would look better that way.
