    Great amp at any price!

Dynamite comes in small packages! I bought this thing for my sons 8th grade graduation present because peavey makes good stuff but I was really pleased with with what I got. Shipping was fast and the price was right. Couldn't be happier!

Peavey Max 110 - Smaller package with a big voice

This is a great combo amp for students and small venue performers. It has enough power to stay with much larger (and heavier) amps. Perfect for jam sessions. Controls are on top where you can see settings at a glance. This amp really gets the job done with simple, straightforward controls. Great for play-along practice with auxiliary input.

    Great Amp for the Money!

I was looking for a portable amp that has lots of power and this amp is perfect! The 100 watts provide plenty of power to be heard. Makes a great starter amp as well because it is simple and still has plenty of volume. Only problem with the amp is that the cage on the front rattles a little bit at high volumes. Also I'm not a huge fan of the DDT speaker protection because it will cut out the sound when the amp is turned to a very high volume. But if you keep the volume just below the point where the DDT kicks in and find a way to stop the rattle in the cage this amp is perfect! I would definitely recommend getting this amp as a first amp or one for small gigs. Can't find anything better for the money.

    Very Happy with this Amp

Needed a Bass Amp for basement jam sessions that enough power but not too heavy to lug around. I primarily play 6 string, but play Bass also on certain songs. We share my bass rig and the other members of our "band" / jam group love how it sounds. Plenty of options (for a single channel amp) for versatility. It seems to be built to last, the tuner works fine . . . Overall, I am very satisfied with this Bass Amp.

Cool features, but not good with a 5 string

Wanted to love this amp because it's small and light, has a great tilt-back design, built-in tuner, auxiliary in and headphone jacks. The gain boost is really interesting too. It adds a cool overdriven tone that some rock players might love. However, this thing just doesn't handle the low B string. It's almost like they didn't test it with a 5 because it seems like anything below the low E is really farty not matter how I tried to EQ it. If you're a 4 string player you may love it, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.
