    Excellent Quality

The Neutrik silent plugs are the only connectors of this sort to consider. A local open mike bought cables with another supposedly-silent plug. They weren't and the noise generated was painful to the ears of the audience and we think damaged the speakers. I brought some of these cables for them to try. The result: silence. These should be the standard cable for open mikes.

    Nice cable

I usually use a Mogami platinum guitar cable. It failed me and I sent for a replacement. In the meantime I ordered this cable in wait for my platinum to be mailed to me. This cable does the exact same job. A little less bright than the Mogami.. Perfect! At half the price even!! I use this now!
    Sweetwater service is top notch!!!
    Forrest Powell.. Is the man..

Pro Co Lifelines Silent Guitar Cable

This cable makes changing instruments very quiet. That is what I was looking for. I play guitar and mandolin and have to quietly make the switch during a gig. Also, because my guitar has active electronics that require a 9 Volt battery, unplugging the guitar during breaks is important for battery life. This cable is good for that too.

    The Little Cable That Could...

With the growing trend to use cable shorter that 18'6" (and some top players using 10' to 12'): this is a low-cap silent switcher that meets the needs of most players. Quiet, flexible, and has the sturdy Neutrik plug.
