Kosmos blew me away
Recently a close friend turned me on to the Kosmos. He's a solo acoustic guitarist and has used the system to enhance the low end in his live performances for several years. On his recommendation I purchased a Kosmos v2 from Sweetwater. I added it to my travel rack (in series) with a Behringer Virtulaizer Pro DSP2024P. The rack is plugged into an SWR California Blond. The added dimension on the bottom end provided by the Kosmos is a tremendous asset to the overall sound. (Mind blowing) It adds a dimension to a solo acoustic guitar performance that is subtle, but full. The 12" speaker in my amp easily reproduces bass frequencies. I'd recommend the Kosmos v2 to any guitarist that wants to beef up the lower end and get a fuller overall sound. I believe that the ability of your PA or amp to generate lower frequencies is going to be catalytic in the success of using the Kosmos with your system.
