Blown Away

I just received my new Berhinger KXD15 Amp and I have to say, the best of the best ! And I've had most of them! It is just the right size and not too heavy. Purchased this amp to serve multi purposes. My main one was a drum amp for my Roland TD30KV Pros The highs, mids and lows are unbelievable and has splenty of power, great Sound, features and Quality. I plugged it in the wall, hooked up my Roland's and when I played I was Blown Away! It will be used in small venues as my drum and vocal amp(via 4 Chanel's and effects) and when I play the larger ones it will serve as my monitor via stereo line outs to my Front end PA System. It will also be used for rehearsals.

Great amp!

This amp replaced the k3000 or something like that. This new amp is so much smaller than the original I thought either sweetwater sent me the wrong amp or I ordered the wrong one. It has the same 15" speaker as before, and the tweeter, but it has 600 watts of power instead of 300!! And it's smaller which means it is also lighter. I use this in several ways-I use it at church where I play keyboards with a split bass, I teach with it, and when I replace the old one I will start to use this with a xk3 Hammond organ pro system and a Leslie 2101. That 15" speaker handles the organ lows with no problem. In the last concert we did in a 300 seat auditorium, we used this one as a stage monitor coming across the stage from a bose 3 unit for vocals. These are very flexible amps,

Great Amp

Just good all around. Light to carry, FX better than my previous Behringer KDX3000 (that I abused), double the wattage. My vocals sound SO good using my Shure wireless in channel 1 - makes me want to get another speaker for stereo link. Keytar Bass sounds awesome. Worth the $$$ for sure. Behringer keeps getting better. Rich

Amazing Keyboard/PA Am

This is an amazing amp. I purchased it as a practice amp with a drummer. I'm on keyboard split base. The bass is a fat bass that truly sounds like you really have a bass player with you. (Always shows up for practice lol)The high end keys also sounds amazing. I put my keyboard split bass, vocals through this two singers and it doesn't even bog down one bit. I'm in two duos keyboard and drums playing small classy establishments with baby boomers who like to dance to 50's and 60's music. This little amp fills the practice room. I haven't used it on a gig yet. You would have to look closer to see there is not a large PA with monitors etc. So far have been blown away at practice. Can't wait to try this on a gig. With one duo I have a Roland KC550 amp which is also an incredible amp. However, extremely heavy to move up and down stairs. This amp puts out the same way and is much lighter only 50 lbs. I'm 70 years old and am doing light as possible. Gone are the days of the Hammond B3. I play a light roland 300GX piano only 35 lbs. So the two instruments that fill the room are the 35lb piano and 50lb Behringer keyboard amp. Its amazing the sound this thing has. I would have purchased two of these instead of the Roland but was advised that the Roland is just a tad better. I didn't experience that. This thing is built like a tank and performs well and easy to move around. It also has feedback filters which the Roland does not. So I get feedback with the Roland and not with the Behringer. So far I have been very pleased with this amp. A plug for my sales guy. Anthony Longono. He rocks with service.
Music background: Self taught piano with sporadic lessons over the years and singer mostly old time rock.
