Great service, great product

I was amazed at your wonderful service, quick and free shipping. The uke is perfect for my 5 year old great-granddaughter and she loves it. It is well made, nicely finished mahogany with good sound. Highly recommend your company and product.

Husband really Happy

He was surprised and is really enjoying learning to play the Ukulele. It does require tuning often but we have been told it is normal. One should buy a tuner when they purchase a ukulele. It looks great and sound nice.

Purchased as a gift. Seemed to be well made and for the price, how could I go wrong. My guitar playing friend was surprised and pleased, especially since he'd never owned an instrument like this. Great experience working with Sweetwater!

Good starter, but cheap materials.

After one year of playing, one of the tuning gears is going out. Dusty Strings, a very reputable music shop here in Seattle, told me these were not the best quality gears (nore are the strings). When one gear goes out, you need to buy a better quality set of 4. Coupled with the cost of installation, it will cost about $85. That is more than the cost of the Kohala KO-S. You get what you pay for, but I did not expect gear issues after only a year.

More of a toy than playable

Not a fan. This is more of a toy than a playable instrument. Spent similar money on a different brand at a local guitar store and got something my kids can learn on. This one is not near the quality.
