The Iconic Rhoads Guitar at a Great Value

The Randy Rhoads signature guitar is one of Jackson's most recognizable guitars, and you get the same ferocious looks in the amazingly affordable JS32 Rhoads solidbody electric guitar. It serves up thick, snarling tone and prodigious sustain, courtesy of its resonant, lightweight basswood body and two high-output humbuckers. You'll appreciate the smooth playability of the maple speed neck. And the fully bound compound-radius fretboard is great for chording down low, and bending up high without fretting out. A real Floyd Rose licensed double-locking tremolo bridge completes the package, making the Jackson JS32 Rhoads a guitar any serious player can love.

Jackson high-output pickups deliver aggressive tone

Looking for rock-solid metal tone? The Jackson JS32 Rhoads delivers. That's because Jackson equips the JS32 Rhoads with a pair of their custom-built ceramic-magnet humbuckers. These high-output humbuckers give you plenty of punch and serious bite whether you're plugging into a tube amp or using amp modeling. We've played a lot of guitars at Sweetwater, and we're impressed with the bang for your buck the JS32 Rhoads offers.

Compound-radius fretboard delivers maximum playing comfort and performance

The JS32 Rhoads features a 12"-16" compound-radius fretboard for ultimate playability. This bound rosewood fingerboard (complete with classic Jackson shark fin inlays) is rounder near the nut for easy rhythm playing. As your playing heats up and moves up the JS32 Rhoads's fretboard, the radius flattens out for easier runs and big string bends. With a neck that plays this slick, you'll be up at the 24th fret before you know it.

Double-locking tremolo bridge gives you serious performance and stability

Are you the kind of guitarist who likes to grab the whammy bar and really lay into those bends? Good thing you're looking at a Jackson. Even this humble JS32 Dinky features Jackson's epic build quality, which includes a Floyd Rose-licensed double-locking tremolo that's so stable, you'll never have to worry about your intonation. So, go ahead, wail away — your Jackson JS32 Dinky can take it.

Jackson JS32 Rhoads Solidbody Electric Guitar Features:

  • A high-performance guitar for an amazingly low price
  • Dual Jackson custom humbuckers deliver hard-hitting high-gain tone
  • Compound-radius rosewood fingerboard feels great for rhythm and lead playing
  • Double-locking Floyd Rose licensed tremolo provides epic stability that can stand up to serious abuse
  • Slender graphite-reinforced maple neck for a fast feel and long-term reliability

Hard Rock Machine!

THIS is the sound I was looking for! Razar sharp power cords with terrific high end tone through my Line 6! If you are into hard rock, this is a masterpiece! The neck is fast and smooth and has also helped me improve my playing. I'd highly recommend this piece. Satin Grey is SHARP!

Awesome Guitar

I just received my Jackson today but i have to say right away that it is everything I wanted and more. Even though it is a cheaper made guitar the quality is above and beyond. The person I was in constant contact with at Sweetwater was extremely helpful also went above and beyond, I will be purchasing all of my stuff from them from this point on. It came as shown and was completely setup and even in tune.

Excellent guitar at a great price

I've owned several Jacksons over the last 20 years. The most recent pair I owned, I had in 2012, and I was never happy with the sound, even though they had Seymours in them. This guitar has stock Jackson pickups in it, but someone must have leaked the original Jackson pickup design to whoever made the pickups, because this guitar sounds exactly like the Jacksons of yesteryear. It has a Floyd Rose Special. The Specials are made with less expensive metal than a Schaller-made version, but it works just fine. If you have a Special, the thing to remember is don't over-tighten anything, and it will be fine. The satin grey finish is gorgeous, neck access is what you would expect from a well-made 24-fret neck, and I love the jumbo frets and sharkfin inlays. I play mostly in praise and worship bands, or else classic metal around the house (and trying to get a classic metal band going), and it is versatile enough. I don't have it dialed in to do nu metal nor do I want to so I can't comment on how well it would sound playing Avenged Sevenfold or Lamb of God, or the heavier Christian music like Disciple or Pillar. but I don't doubt that the excellent overall design would lend itself well to that music. This new series of Rhoads is well worth the investment - this one
