Go Pro - with JBL

The JBL JRX212 2-way passive stage monitor gives you professional performance affordably. JBL engineers reexamined every element of the speaker system design, kept everything that makes a speaker perform and sound its best, and redesigned things that don't. For increased efficiency and power handling, the JRX212 sports a 12" low-frequency driver with a 2.5"-diameter edgewound ribbon voice coil that delivers more cross-sectional wire area in its voice coil gap than round-wire designs, while a 1" polymer-diaphragm compression driver maximizes high-frequency performance and system reliability. JRX 212 Stage Monitor

An excellent stage monitor for large stages in churches. I was impressed with the clarity at lower to mid volumes, while instrument amps are on stage and cranked up as well. No complaints from any of my singers/musicians any more. this is my 3rd stage install using JBL passive monitors and I'm very pleased again !!

Good monitor for the money

Bought this to replace a Yamaha BR-12 that went swimming on a gig (don't ask!! LOL) The good news-great sound that cuts through, LOUD with decent power handling (best at this price point). Built like a tank, so it should work great for years. Downsides are the weight (heaviest in its class) and the lack of metal corners-I can see this monitor getting banged up over time, even with careful moving. Overall, I'm pleased as punch with this monitor, and plan on buying a couple more in the near future
