squiers are so well built these days
My first guitar was a fender squier strat. I grew to hate the name squier as it became synonymous with cheap. But I own the suier j. mascis jazzmaster which I transformed to lefty (couldn't be a sweeter guit). And this Bass is bumpin, well put together, heavy duty, no buzz, neck feels fantastic. I keep a bass for recording purposes only. I will not need to buy another one unless someone steals this. It was cheap and will last my lifetime. I play it a little about once a week and it is always in tune. The pickups are duncan and they don't jiggle in the frame. It's solid, Sqier's rock.
