The IntelliStage ISTAGE122424 uses 4' x 4' platforms with integrated locking system and cable ports and is finished with dark grey carpet for a safe no-slip stage surface. This lightweight platform supports you with 3-layer multi-core construction that supports up to 185 lbs. per square foot. And when you aren't using your platform, it folds neatly in half for easy storage and transport - great for art class models, solo speakers and musicians, product displays, and more. Strong, stable, and simple-to-setupThe ISTAGE122424 square staging riser's accordion-style folding design couples with lightweight, durable aluminum construction to make IntelliStage's convenient one-person setup possible. Pull the riser open completely - you know you have it right when you can no longer see any of the black plastic rods that live inside the riser's aluminum supports. Next, line up the locking screws in the corners and make sure the screws and the center posts insert fully into the corner and center holes on the bottom of your platform. Then use the hex key that comes with your platform to tighten the corner screws, locking your platform and riser together. Configure your mounted platforms to form your stage, lock them together, and you're done. And it's just as quick and easy to tear down after your event is over. But most importantly, the ISTAGE122424 riser gives your IntelliStage the strength and stability to handle most anything you throw at it - a band, dancers, we've even seen them hold a car!
