Six Channels of Massive Tone!

Blackstar's ID:260TVP guitar amplifier combo with footswitch combines the feel, tone, and volume of a real tube amp, with the convenience and flexibility only a solid state amp can provide. Blackstar calls it TVP (True Valve Power), and it lets you select what kind of tube tone you want, then save your custom sound for instant recall later. The ID:260TVP combo responds to your playing dynamics like a tube amp, breaking up when you dig in and easy to control with your volume knob. Factor in Blackstar's patented ISF tone shaping, built-in effects, and direct recording via USB, and you'll see how the Blackstar ID:260TVP guitar amp combo is at home both onstage and in your studio. The multifunctional Blackstar FS-10 footswitch is included in this package.

Blackstar ID:260TVP Guitar Amplifier Combo with Footswitch at a Glance:

Sculpt your ideal amp tones to create a signature sound

The patent-applied-for True Valve Power gives the Blackstar ID:260TVP guitar amp combo six different responses modeled after the most popular power tube types. You'll get EL84, 6V6, EL34, KT66, 6L6, and KT88 responses, dynamics, sag, and break up characteristics. It's like owning six separate tube amps. You can create entirely new amp tones on the Blackstar ID:260TVP when you blend your True Valve Power and your ISF controls together to sculpt your signature sound.

Blackstar's ISF gives you a wide tonal range

You can create virtually any classic guitar tone you can imagine with the ID:260TVP guitar amp combo, thanks to Blackstar's patented ISF (Infinite Shape Feature) control. ISF lets you adjust the response of the entire tone stack in the ID:260TVP combo, letting you shape tones to match the sound of different amplifier types. This means you can re-create the sounds of classic American amps, British amps, or even create your own combination of the two.

Six channels give you amazing tonal flexibility

The Blackstar ID:260TVP guitar amp combo has six separate channels: clean warm, clean bright, crunch, super crunch, OD 1, and OD 2. You're no longer stuck with just two channels of tone; the Blackstar ID:260TVP is a sonic juggernaut. From ballads to funk to rock and metal, this amp has a channel that is perfect for you. Once you dial in your perfect tone, you can save it to one of 128 storable sounds. A USB interface lets you easily tweak and save presets via your computer.

Take complete control of your amp with the FS-10 footswitch

The multifunction Blackstar ID:Series FS-10 footswitch is designed to give you unprecedented control of any Blackstar ID:Series amplifier. The FS-10 lets you navigate patches, effects, turn on and off the tuner, and set the tap tempo through various modes. The patch mode lets you switch between three banks of patches, the same ones available on the front of the amp, and activates the built-in tuner. Individually turn on and off your effects while in effects mode. In navigation mode, you can choose from all 128 stored patches to access any and every sound that you've created. Take the stage armed with the Blackstar ID:Series FS-10 footswitch and access your amp like never before.

Fantastic Amp

This amp is incredibly versatile and loud! It sounds like it's a tube amplifier, 4 channels are a plus and great for cover bands. Id your a working musician pray this amp never goes away...It's the perfect work horse. I have the 2x12 and the half stack. A+

More than pleased

I have been through a lot of gear. Some tube amps by Egnater, Blackstar, Fender and some solid state/analog amps by Line 6, Fender, Behringer, Yamaha and Marshall. While I could always tell the difference in the tube amps, I always found something to like in them all, no matter what technology was inside. I originally wanted one of the forthcoming Marshall CODE series and had even ordered one from a Sweetwater competitor who said they were getting them in May but after fining out they weren't coming until September (like all the other retailers) I cancelled and landed on this Blackstar. I went with the package deal because the foot switch price was too good to pass up and I always like making changes on the floor. They have kind of the same method as the Fender Mustang series foot switches where you change the function of the buttons so they handle different details. Now to be fair, I'm not a tube aficionado but I can usually tell when I'm playing through a tube amp. There's a percussive quality when playing clean and cranking the volume a little and I was pleasantly surprised to find that happening yesterday when I tried it while using my budget Xaviere Strat. It made the Xaviere sound like a true blood Fender. The way the reverb hung in the air was really pleasing. I tried my Epi Les Paul on it and can get some smooth jazz tones as well as blistering metal. I've also been able to get useable feedback in many spots on the neck with almost no effort. The volume can definitely get quiet enough for practice sessions alone in a small room while still retaining quality. If I am ready to settle down, I have 100% confidence this amp will let me stick my toe in any pool I want musically. Good experience with ordering by the way. Got it two days later and was a little worried they forgot the footswitch but it was neatly slid into the amp box so alls well that ends well. I can't image you would regret buying this amp no matter what style you're in to.

holy grail

i have had a few combo amps in the past and was never satisfied. i had the 5150 when it first came out, peavey bandit, fender Princeton chorus, and a few others in the past. they never really had the complete sound i wanted, either it had the distortion or it had the clean but never both. it seemed like the louder it was the crappier it sounded as well. after that i always had 4x12 cabs and different heads and for the most part i was happier but still wasnt satisfied. later i purchased a line 6 pod xt3, 2 channel power amp, 2 channel eq, and had 2 4x12 cabs, and this was perfect. after i quite playing shows and wanted to down size since i wasnt playing out anymore i started to look around. i found this amp and after several reviews and some word of mouth from guitar players i bought it. wow, this amp does it all. the closed back keeps it sounding great, (just like my 4x12's) and the cleans and distortions are spot on. no matter the sound i wanna create its in there. the software for the amp is ok but def very usable to get you to the sound your looking for quicker. the built in effects are good as well. i ended up selling my other pedals and just started to use the built in ones. loud, this thing will blow your ears out on 4. i think you could play a 4 or 500 crowd inside venue no problem. retains its sound if your on 1 or 10. i want own another amp as long as i have this one. if something happens to it ill buy another for sure or if i need a bigger setup, ill def buy BLACKSTAR.

Absolutely impressed my the quality, tone and sounds of this amplifier. For a while I was torn between possibly getting a Marshall 1/2 stack, or an old favorite of mine a Fender stereo Princeton chorus. This amplifier doesn't limit me to choices, I can sound however I wish whenever I feel like it!
