Perfect Classic Rock Bar Band

Have been using these for a couple of years. I play in a typical classic rock band playing the local bar scene. For stage volume me and the other guitar player play through Marshall stacks and these spots work great as long as you aim them directly at you. There isn't much sound iff axis which is why ithey don't feed back. I cranck these kind of loud and they do a great job. Better than hauling our old 15" with horns monitors. I'm buying and additional one today.

spot on hot spot

Perfect for hearing ourselves in a small club where the room acoustics are decidedly an afterthought. The size is just right to be unobtrusive, but still project enough sound, and the accommodation for mounting directly on a mic stand makes it very easy to incorporate them into your stage setup. The six click resistance adjustment works well to get below the feedback threshold, but feels like it could have a few more "steps". We REALLY like the speak-on and 1/4" combined jacks! How nice to not need to fuss over special cable setups.

Great for our choir

We bought four of these to use as monitors for our choir. They are thrilled. We have them on mic stands, which gets the sound close to them. It was a fairly inexpensive solution with which they are thrilled. I don't know I have ever done anything for a choir they have appreciated so much.

Love our Hot Spots

This latest buy brought us to a total of (4) of these on various parts of our church stage. They provide plenty of vocal and instrument foldback without having too much stage noise. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a compact and quality monitor at a good price.
