Add Incredible Dimension to Your Lighting Rig!

Nothing makes your light show pop the way that fog does; that's why most serious DJs and performers who use lights include a fog machine in their rigs. There are, however, a few drawbacks to traditional fog. Although fog adds density and dimension to your lights, it sticks around low to the floor and tends to build up thickly. That's a great effect, but if you're looking for a way to generate a more subtle mist instead of a dense fog, you'll want to add an ADJ Haze Generator in your rig.

The ADJ Haze Generator puts out an even mist that floats higher than traditional fog. Because haze isn't as dense as fog, it allows your audience to see comfortably, but is still dense enough to add epic dimension to your lights. From filling out par can washes and strobes to tracing laser lines and effect lights, the haze produced by ADJ's Haze Generator is a real crowd pleaser. At 1,000 cubic feet per minute and zero warm up time, the ADJ Haze Generator will fill most performance spaces in minutes! And operating this Haze Generator is easy, thanks to its included remote control and versatile timing options. Add one to your lighting system and take your show to a whole new level!

Haze for Days

I am a film maker in Houston Texas, and I was looking for an option to buy a Haze machine. The haze machine I used the most does almost the same thing, using the same liquid and costs $3k. This was a no brainer, I will probably buy another one soon, just to be able to fill large rooms quicker.

Less is more....

Clubs/bars are hesitant to allow fog machines due to smoke alarm problems they've generated in the past. This thing does a great job of creating enough haze to make lights look great and the haze hangs in the air much longer than fog.....allowing you to use less....which is better for everyone. If you are on a large stage, it fills it with no problem...plus no heater allows instant use and no issues with power. Only thing it should have included at the price point is a dmx connection to allow you to turn on/off when controlling from a console. The 30' cable is ok though and allows you to hit it when you need it and is long enough for stage use.

Instant Wonder!

Before I go on my tangent let me give the pros and cons Pros- no warm up time, great output, very durable, given enough time it can fill out just about any room, haze lingers and provides a nice medium for light beams Cons- A little on the Heavy side, not mountable to anything, not DMX compatible We have had An ADJ HAZE generator in our youth room (seats about 100) for about 3 years now and it works like a charm! It's great not having to come early to make sure its heated up and ready to go, you just turn it on and bam, instant haze. The output on this guy when we first got it was astonishing. We put it right under an ADJ tri-phase and the beams of light would immediately come to life. We had someone while I was gone put about 3 gallons of haze fluid in it and almost destroyed the generator. They were wondering why its output had decreased.... after emptying it out and some in house servicing it was restored to its natural vigor. - Its durable - We take this thing to all of our events; retreats, summer camps, and anything in between. It's not always fun to lug it around everywhere, but well worth it. We put this guy in our main sanctuary (seats about 800) that has a very high ceiling. It took it about 10-15 minutes but the whole Sanctuary was full of haze. I was impressed. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is because it doesn't have DMX which isn't a problem for a lot of people. But in cases like our youth room - to big to run the remote, yet to small to leave running continuously, not to mention we don't want this thing going when our Pastor is up there- we have to run a long extension cord from the stage to the back of the room and plug it in and out to turn it on and off. I know I could set up and on off dimmer via dmx to do the same thing. However, we are a youth group with a small budget - and a smaller one for lighting.
