Meinl Percussion Headliner Series Hi-Hat Tambourine - Black Reviews
The Meinl Percussion Headliner Series Hi-hat Tambourine adds a great-sounding percussion instrument to your drum set. The Hi-hat Tambourine leverages eight pair of steel jingles for a cutting sound that will be heard through even the loudest ensemble. Its steel construction ensures that it will survive a ton of abuse, and makes sure the tambourine stays silent when you want it to. Finally, Sweetwater percussionists have found its wing-nut assembly allows for secure mounting on hi-hat stand pull rods.

Very nice little percussion!
Nice little touch to add to your drum voice. Meinl quality and great price, again Sweetwater beat others in the price and shipping. It has a nice, bright sound, sounds great, gives my left foot a chance to shine!!
10 months of use - falling apart
I was always a Hat Trick by Rhythm Tech guy, but they changed the design and jacked up the price, so I thought I would give the Meinl hi-hat tamb a try since the design is closer to the old Hat Trick. I have played roughly 45 gigs with it and have now lost 3 of the 8 jingles as it systemically falls apart. The sound was never quite as good as the Hat Trick and it is not as sturdy, either. I do not strike it much - it is mainly for color - but I don't view the Meinl tamb as a solution. On to the next ...
