    Tama speed cobra pedal

This is a great pedal I was blown away of how fast and how smooth it was and how much more control I have . I had a dw 5000 good pedal also but I think the speed pedal is a much more of a step up you just can't go wrong with this and as always thank you sweetwater and Delvin wolf for all your halp you guys rock

I read reviews on this pedal for weeks before making my decision to order one. Tama definitely was a winner with this one. I highly recommend the HP910LN Speed Cobra!

    Tama Speed Cobra

Wow! I've been using a DW5000 double pedal for the last year. Decided to try a single. The Tama Speed Cobra is terrific. I played it right out of the box and it was super smooth. I play heel down and still get a ton of speed and power. I liked it so much that I ordered the double pedal Speed Cobra a few days later. The personal service at Sweetwater is second to none. Norb answers any questions I have and takes the time to set me up with just what I need.

    Fast smooth pedal!

This is a really fast pedal and the action is super smooth. It's so smooth it takes some getting used to, for me anyway. I don't have a lot of control with my feet its my fault not the pedal. It has tons of adjustments. You will have to play with it to find the right settings for your style of playing. Right out of the box I noticed how smooth it was compared to my old pedal. I've been playing a DW 5000 and its a great pedal but the Speed Cobra is a step up. It feels a lot like the Pearl Demon Drive, I think anyway. I'm still not sure if I like the beater or not. I'm used to the heavier beater of the 5000. The long foot board is also something that you will have to adjust to if you haven't used one before. This pedal looks awesome too if that means anything to you. The case is a nice touch if you gig a lot. I leave my kit set up at the church and take the pedal to practice at home so the case comes in handy.
So if your looking for a smooth fast pedal give this one a try and I think you will be happy with it.

    Sweet Peda!l

I'm really liking this pedal great action and plenty of adjustments. I wasn't real sure at first but the more I played it and got it adjusted to my liking the more I like it. It looks good too. Some people don't like the beater but as for me I haven't felt the need to change it. I had the tension spring cranked up and it started making noise I backed it off and it was fine. I've played DW pedals for the last 20 years and never had a problem with them their good pedals. Been playing a DW 9000 for the last 13 and love it but thought it was time to change. Not sorry I did at all.
