    Great Stand

I have purchased more then one of these stand and now in the process of purchasing another. On - Stage stands are well built and can stand up to others in its price/class. Sweetwater is the place I go to purchase all my equipment/instrument needs. Make them your place to go too! You will be glad you did. Hats off to my engineer JK, at Sweetwater for keeping the music flowing.

    GS7155 Hang-It Single Guitar Stand

Wanted a dependable stand for my Gibson Firebird which doesn't sit too well in my traditional guitar stands. It is lightweight yet very sturdy and dependable. Combine that with the great service and price and it is a win win!

    Design Flaws

For a guitar stand under $20, it's not a bad purchase but it has a major design flaw. The screw assembly on the neck height adjustment is plastic and fragile. If you over tighten the screw the plastic housing will split in half, rendering the stand useless. The screw used to tighten down the height adjustment is about a quarter inch too short and you have to tighten the screw down completely to get the pressure needed to keep the height adjustment bar from slipping. Lengthen the screw, add a washer between the end of the screw and the housing and you'd have a perfect stand for under $20.00
