Easy Peasy!

Simple setup and works flawlessly. Doesn't come with directions but is easy enough to figure out. I only had to figure out to use the Windows audio driver and not ASIO. No latency issues and works great with Amplitube 5, Positive Grid Bias FX2, Positive Grid Bias Amp 2 and STL Tones AmpHub!!!

Lacking Documentation for the Guitar Rack app

It is a nice little gadget but the "save" function of the Guitar Rack app does not appear to work since I tried recording several tracks and saved the tracks but the track files are not found on my iPad Pro.

Also, there isn't any worthwhile supporting documentation to reference to for the app so unless you want to spend hours trying to find documentation online since TC Helicon only provides a "quick Start" guide with the product, which is the same online, so cutting to the chase, it isn't that useful a tool to save an idea on the go.

Maybe ok for Apple products but...

I purchased this for Win10. I found one app that works pretty good with android but is 20 USD per year. When I use it with my DAW, there is latency that I cannot remove. With a Scarlett Focusrite it works fine. The same with my Katana Boss amp. But not guitar Pro. There really is not much with the help from the owners of TC-Helicon except for generic answers. Might be great for the Apple people (I just don't know), but I don't recommend for the Windows crowd, and Android systems. Virtually no documentation either.
Music background: Professional a few times. Home recording a lot.

Good idea...but.......

I purchased one of these hoping for a good solution for practice while traveling for work. I loved the small form factor, but unfortunately, running an active fishman pickup set into apparently is too hot of a signal, returned the first unit and the second had the same issue. I checked my cables, made sure the gain on the unit was set to its lowest setting and still same problem. If I turn the guitar volume down to half, no clipping. A regular guitar level, I could play single notes, but any chord caused the unit to go red and clip. Oh well. I tried.
Music background: former semi-pro, now very serious hobbiest

No USB C cable included

New Samsung Galaxy and a new iPad, both of my devices have USB C connections and none of the cables included will work. There's a Mini USB to USB Type A. There's a micro USB to female USB Type A dongle. There's a mini usb to Lightning cable. No USB C anything.
I guess I'll check Amazon and order a Mini USB to USB C cable.
