As a Bass Player, I started Messing around with effects pedals, Next thing I knew, the Wife was screaming "Get all these boxes off this desk", So got one of these Gator-Boards. WOW, Heavy aluminum, NO welds, LOVE the underneath mounting for your power supply, (Nice touch). Can't get it as tight as the picture shows because of those Large Bass patch cables, But still have 10 Pedals comfortably set up and EASILY usable!!! LOVE IT!!!

Great board

First, let me say this is the first large pedalboard I own. So, 1st timer review. Originally I had my pedals chained across the floor. It took some creativity, but I got all my pedals on the board in operable positions. The included velcro didn't work too well (which is why I gave it 4.5). But some zip ties did the trick. I have a total of 7 pedals with volume and wah (large size) as the 1, 2 on my board and everything fit nice. Room for one more small pedal.

Great board and case! Velcro strips a bit short.

This is a great pedal board and suits my needs very well. The size is perfect for fitting plenty of pedals, especially the mini pedals from TC Electronic that I own.I would've given it a perfect score, but the 3 strips of velcro tape included did not span the full length of the pedal board. The velcro strips were cut at 22 inches even though the board is 23.5 inches long, which is 1.5 inches of uncovered/unused space on my board. It's not the end of the world, but I like to make use of everything I own to the max. Gator should include 3 2 foot velcro strips to leave room for cutting a straight edge on both sides and to cover the whole board length-wise. I opted to buy the 6 foot Pedaltrain velcro tape roll elsewhere to make up for it.The board and case are great if that's what you need, just be aware about the length of velcro strips.

High Quality Headache

The board itself is very well built. Just a single piece of aluminum, lots of space for pedals, and a tray for an isolated power supply. I must say, this board does it's job quite well! If you're looking for a heavy-duty board for the road, this will be your ticket. Yet, the biggest problem of this whole board are the cut-outs for the cables. The 1/2" wide, 45 degree cuts for cable management have given me more headaches then I'd like to admit. The location of your pedals will be determined on where your cable can/will fit through the management holes. Trying to mount any sort of pedal with multiple ins or outs is a nightmare.
