Ibanez GB10se

Pleasantly surprised. The feel of the neck and fretboard is fabulous. The tone is exactly what i was looking for. This is my first hollowbody. The feedback is is minimal even at band levels due to the floating pickups. Feedback was a concern cause im pushing a modded '68 Fender twin and can put out some serious volume. The neck pickup is of course the best tone but having the other two options is nice even though a bit bright. Acoustic sounds are ok but nothing like a full size hollowbody i.e L5. Again, im surprised at the quality and build and can only imagine how the Japanese model must be. Purchased without holding and playing is rolling the dice and this time i got boxcars. Good job Ibanez. This is a winner. Many thanks to my Sweetwater rep Aaron for all your help.

Excellent fit and finish. Playability is great. The Chinese builders are getting better every year. I'd love to compare it side by side with the Japanse made version.
