    Great guitar...

Bought this after a recommendation from my main man Greg Baum. Excellent tones, super action, versatile, etc. I've owned numerous hollow and semi-hollow guitars in all price ranges and this has been my favorite. Very good workmanship with absolutely no flaws I could find and really intonates well all up and down the neck. Sounds great with pedals as well. This one is a keeper.

    Incredible!!!

I received the vintage orange model a few days ago and I must say this is one of the best playing and sounding guitars I've ever own over the last 44 years. The guitar feels so comfortable. When using the Bigsby, the guitar stays in tune without a roller bridge which is a first for me. The Super HiloTron humbucker pickups sound fantastic and you will not need to change them out which is great.. Also the guitar comes with a tone saver/trem bleed so no bassy muffled sound when you lower the master tone.

The guitar came set up fine from Sweetwater tech's but I did lower the action/bridge to my liking and I was able to get the action extremely low without any buzzing or dead notes. If you are a fan of Semi Hollow Body ES335 Type Guitars, then don't pass this model up. My guy at Sweetwater is Mark Chapman and you should ask for him when you are ready to make your purchase.

Really nice guitar for the price

Got this Gretsch today and can't put it down. It looks like it should cost a lot more. I set the action
really low and no string buzzing. The pickups sound great. The reason I gave it a 4.5 is the whammy
bar. If you move it at all the guitar is out of tune. I don't bend it much just a small shutter but every time
some of the strings are out of tune. I think the Bigsby design is kind of know for this. I was worried about it
but another guy reviewed here and said his stays in tune perfect. Maybe something wrong with mine?

The rest of the guitar is great, I'll just pretend it don't have a whammy on it and play.
