REALISM AT ITS FINEST (PERCUSSION STYLE)
I have used many samples and libraries in my day and there are only a few that I would describe as "go to." After working with and hearing Flying Hand Percussion I have a new go to percussion library. It's so realistic and seemless you'd never know it wasn't a live player! What makes this library so special is that it has completely eliminated the machine gun effect. It's technically flawless. Another aspect that puts this way ahead is similar to why Vienna Symphonic Library is so amazing. They place great importance on the time and sounds between notes. This is so important to realism that is hardly ever done. Flying hand has done this with percussion using many velocity layers, alternate samples and huge left hand/right hand variations so it'll never have that dreaded mechanical sound. If you're serious about sampling, composing, producing, or whatever else you have to have this!
