Raxxes 16U rack

The rack is great, assembly was not too complicated since I am familiar with this type of furniture assembly. They are sturdy and well built.

To be precise

1 star reduction for lack of information from Raxxess. Will explain in a moment. This is a nice rack. Neutral color scheme with the grey and black will go with just about any decor. Rails are solid and assembly is nothing if you've ever put together a particle board desk or shelf before. I already have over 125lbs in it and it glides across the floor effortlessly. Really happy about that since some wheels out there are craptastic at best. This is overall a great piece, but all racks are very over priced in my opinion. For what is available, I'm glad I picked this. Now for the bad. I only deducted one star but for me the bad is more of a rant I have issues with for manufacturers in general. I could name 20 off the top of my head purchases I've made in the last year that lacked a lot of information or had misleading information. In this case, call it what you will but to save some of you time and money, here are the measurements you need (not what they provide).Height (with wheels) = 32 7/8"Width = 20 3/4"*Depth = 17 1/2" (Depth meaning what space is available for you to mount from the rails to the back. Total depth is 20", but I almost returned this for being misleading. The article here on it (and their own site) states it in a way that it comes across as being deeper than the rest. They state "20" depth to accommodate larger modules", or something like that. First of all, the rails are set in the case nearly 2.5". I bought this rack because my server chassis is 19.5" and this made it sound 20" useable space. Not a big deal to some, but many people I can imagine bought the back and front door. Those would certainly get returned in my case because I now have things protruding out the back, and front.Other than that, one wheel lock was broken off completely and this had to happen when manufactured because there was no piece in the bag or on my floor. Another issue is a minor cosmetic one, but it's annoying because it catches my eye and stands out way too much (for me). The slots for the locking mechanism (should you get the doors) are fresh, unpainted particle board. This I already saw before ordering since it shows in the pictures. Had this not shown in the pictures I would have most definitely returned it. If it bothers you too, I dabbed a black marker in it to make it less distracting. I'm picky folks, but not unfair. 1 star, but mainly for lack of all the measurements this product should have had. I've bought tons of Raxxess stuff the past couple months and love it, whole heartedly. However, if this was my first Raxxess purchase? It would have been enough to make it my last (yes, just because false and/or lacking measurements).Happy Jamming!Last con I think would be the size of the box. Wow. A large box packed in a huge box haha. I honestly will have to wait a week to put it out to recycling because there's just that much to get rid of (this con was meant in good humor, though it's true).IF

Very Nice Product at a Good Price

While it did take some time to assemble, once assembled it was a solid cabinet that supported the rack mountables very well. Also it looks very nice in my system.

Not Satisfied

Came with parts missing. Had to wait a long time for Raxxess to drop ship me the missing hardware. Impossible to assemble according to instructions. Holes for studs on a piece labeled "brace" were too small for the studs that were supposed to fit into that part. Poorly designed product.
