Nice Rack. Especially for the price

I purchased this to mount radio gear - amateur radio gear at home; works fine; went together easily; couple issues - the primary fasteners are a bit soft - meaning the screw head fragments rather easily; not to the point of failure but noticeable shavings when installed. Also; seems they shorted me 6 of the rack rail screws - got a bag of 10 - which works for the bottom; but missing the 6 for the top slant rails. Not sure if there was a separate bag but after going thru the box multiple times- no luck. Oh well; off to Home Depot.

I bought this rack from a different retailer, but they don't allow online reviews, so I'm leaving this here. My issue not with Sweetwater.Upon assembling rack #1, I found that it was missing a piece and that the holes for the base plate were drilled in the wrong spot, meaning that it wouldn't properly mount to the side panels and that I couldn't assemble the rack. I contacted Chief directly and they quickly sent out replacement parts. Upon assembling rack #1 with the new parts, I found that the replacement baseplate was mis-drilled in the same manner as the original. I contacted Chief again, and they advised me to return everything I had and that they'd send me a completely new unit.Upon assembling rack #2, I found that the baseplate was mis-drilled in the same manner as it was in the first two baseplates I received. I contacted Chief again, and they advised me to return this one and that they'd ship me a new unit from a new batch that was slated to come off the assembly line in about 10 days.Upon assembling rack #3, I found that the baseplate was mis-drilled in exactly the same way, again. I notified Chief of this and, about two months after I was initially supposed to have this built, I returned it for the last time, amazed that nobody in that time could've bothered to pull one off the shelf to see what I was talking about.I contacted my dealer and placed an order for the Middle Atlantic rack that looks identical to this, costs only a little bit more, and most importantly - goes together on the first try.
