Compact Mixer with Quality Built In!

Looking for a simple, easy-to-use mixer that delivers an exceptional audio performance? For recording, live, install or broadcast use there's a Soundcraft EPM mixer for you. EPM is available in three models: EPM6 (6 mono inputs), EPM8 (8 Mono inputs), and EPM 12 (12 Mono inputs), each with 2 stereo channels as standard.

Soundcraft EPM6 Mixer at a Glance:
  • Quality audio performance with premium preamps
  • Balanced inputs with inserts
  • Unique Peak LEDs monitor the entire signal path

Quality audio performance with premium preamps
The emphasis with the Soundcraft EPM Series is very firmly on quality audio performance, with an easy-to-understand control surface uncluttered by unnecessary features. The EPM6 features Soundcraft's premium GB30 mic preamp (as used on the large-format LX7ii and GB Series desks) to provide high headroom and
precision control of mic signals.

Balanced inputs with inserts
Mic and line inputs are provided on balanced XLR and 1/4" jack connectors, with the main stereo outputs on balanced XLRs for best integration with other professional equipment. There are also insert points on every mono channel and the mix outputs for external signal processing.

Unique Peak LEDs monitor the entire signal path
Because levels are constantly changing throughout the signal path - from the preamp stage, through filtering and EQ - the EPM mixers provide peak LEDs on all input channels. These monitoring LEDs are fed from multiple points in the signal path to ensure nothing is overlooked. The LEDs also employ proportional illumination to show signal level when approaching peaks, allowing you to maximize the quality of any signal by utilizing all the available headroom. The main stereo mix has 10-segment LED meters, with a PFL Active
indicator to show whether any channels are being soloed.

Soundcraft EPM6 Mixer Features:
  • Six mic/line inputs plus two stereo line ins
  • Two configurable auxiliary buses
  • XLR-type and 1/4" metal jack connector sockets
  • RCA phono stereo playback inputs and record outputs
  • 3-band EQ with a swept mid on mono inputs
  • 2-band EQ on stereo inputs
  • TRS insert sockets and inserts on all mono inputs and mix output
  • 10-segment LED output metering
  • Intuitive and comprehensive solo system
  • Headphone output
  • Easily rackmountable
The Soundcraft EPM6 Mixer delivers premium audio quality!

have been running sound craft for over 10 years

Dollar for Dollar you can not beat these.. I run a DJ company and I have finally Replaced my 1st one I bought 10 years ago and not because it has quit working just decided it was time for an upgrade. I have 6 of these out every week and the only issue I have ever had was a spilled beer (only lost one channel.) still running that mixer 4 years later.

Very Nice Mixer

I was looking for a small mixer to use for voice over and DJ work, and this Soundcraft mixer is perfect for my needs. I was very impressed to see the PFL feature on each input, a must-have feature for previewing my next track when I DJ. The mixer sounds great, and has plenty of headroom. This industrial looking mixer is made of steel, not plastic. Even though it isn't very heavy, it looks and feels like it's made to last. I thought it was odd that Soundcraft doesn't build a power switch into the design, but this isn't really a big deal. You can simply plug it into a power strip, and turn off the power there as needed. I'm enjoying my new mixer, and thank you to Sweetwater for the awesome service!

This is a great mixer..

I brought this mixer a couple of days ago. This mixer has beautiful mic pre's , Crystal clear and the eq's are very musical and warm sounding. The gain also has lots of headroom without diestoration. I am very pleased with this product. I am a solo singer/guitarist and have been looking for a decent good mixer use with my equipment. Its sounds awesome going through my Lexicon MX 200 reverb unit. What attracted me to this is that I heard that they use the same top quality mic pre's that are in there more expensive Soundcraft mixers.
