This is a very good case at a very good price for my Epiphone Les Paul Standard '50s Electric Guitar - Heritage Cherry Sunburst. I'm very satisfied.

Logan hooked me up with the perfect case for my Epiphone LP Custom Prophecy 2008 model. This case has a notch cut out for the bottom strap button for an extra tight fit. All my LP's, Strats and Tele's have HSC's and it's worth the extra money to make sure my girls are safe. Thx again Logan.

I couldn't be happier with this Les Paul Epiphone case. Not only is beautiful but it's very solid construction fits my Les Paul perfect and it was a very reasonable price compared to other cases for Les Paul's guitars. It is so shiny I couldn't believe the quality of this sure it says Epiphone but who cares I put a Gibson Les Paula inside of it. I couldn't be happier than I am with this case quality price and everything else was just great

This is my second case from Sweetwater and by-far a better case than the Gator hard shell case for my Gretsch. The guitar fits the way it was intended, snug yet easy removal and placement. Impressed with Sweetwater service and prompt delivery would definitely recommend them for your musical needs.

I bought this Epiphone hardshell case for my Epiphone Studio Les Paul guitar in wine red color, and absolutely love it!

The interior is Gray colored and is very softly padded. It's a perfect fit for my guitar. To keep the case in new condition, I periodically clean and condition it with a leather cleaner & protectant spray, it hasn't lost it shine yet and I've owned it for 2 years so far!

I highly recommend purchasing this hardshell case, the price is just right, it's a great investment to protect your electric guitar.

I bought this at the same time I bought a white Epi Les Paul Custom guitar. I would compare this case to a basic Gibson case. Fit and finish are very good. The difference is sturdiness. It isn't as solid as a Gibson case but very close. Well made for the price. Miles better than the best gig purse. If you have a les paul type guitar or buying an Epiphone that doesn't come with a case, I highly recommend this case. I just wish they had a custom version. I'm very happy with it.

I ordered the Epiphone case for my Epiphone Les Paul Standard since the guitar didn't come with one. The case came faster than expected. The case is a good fit, nice and snug and will not move around inside. It seems good and sturdy, seems are good and all hardware seems more than suitable. This was my first purchase from Sweetwater and not my last. Follow up calls were nice.

As I am new to the guitar field I am not a person with a lot of guitar knowledge. However this case is VERY nice and fits my new Les Paul snuggly (is that a word?). I will say it looks VERY nice and I've noticed people looking at it from across the room while I wait for my guitar lessons. The only drawback I can think of is that it's not transparent so one can see the Heritage Cherry Sunburst Les Paul sitting inside it.

This was my first purchase from Sweetwater and I was blown away by the superior customer service they provided. I was actually taken aback when they called me on the phone. I automatically assumed there was a delay or something was wrong with my order. But, no! They were just calling to make sure my first time purchase experience was a positive one! I couldn't be more pleasantly surprised and relieved. My order was perfectly fine and I received my Epiphone Les Paul guitar case a day before I was to travel to New Orleans for a performance!

The Epiphone Les Paul Guitar Case is excellent quality with a plush interior and plenty of room for my pedals in the single compartment inside but, also a perfect fit for my guitar with no unnecessary or unwanted movement of the guitar once it is placed inside and traveling! It's a case that works for a Les Paul. That said, whoever the brainchild is behind the call to follow up tactics by your salespeople is ruining my experience of shopping online for us customers who don't want to deal with salespeople in the store. For the love of god, I bought a case for a guitar. It either worked out or I will return it. I don't need a phone call 5 minutes after I purchase something letting me know that it has been packaged with kid gloves and unicorn kisses and is on its way, then another follow up that it's enroute, then another phone call after I received it to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. YES! IT WAS A CASE… FOR A GUITAR…. THAT NEEDED A CASE! I know the salespeople are just doing their job so they can enter something into their CRM but corporate tactics like aggressive follow ups are ruining customers experiences and I just wanted to let someone know that it's unnecessary to call and do all this follow up on something that is in all instances, a minor purchase. I come to sweetwater for their large selection and I don't have to drive to a local guitar center (who also does the same tactics, same investment firm company? Maybe?) I can tell that the salespeople hate to do it, and they are just doing their job, to keep their job. But for real, companies that need to micromanage customer service are not educating their employees on providing excellent customer service anymore. They don't give them knowledge or hands on experience anymore. It's all about getting 10 out of 10 ratings and heaven forbid you get an 8 because they probably count that as a zero score, because 8 out of 10 is just garbage to the corporate higher ups. It's becoming a pathetic corporate joke among all companies.

Fits a les paul perfectly and secure no movement at all

I bought this case to fit my 1050's Epiphone Les Paul standard. It came quickly from Sweetwater and it's a great small investment to protect an amazing guitar.

This Epiphone case fits my Les Paul Std 60s, Smokehouse Burst like a glove. I called my Sweetwater Sales Engineer, Stephen Dibblee, and asked him which of two cases would be the best fit for my LP. He told me that he would check with a guitar "Guru" and let me know which to buy. He obtained the information quickly and I now own the Epiphone ENLPCS Hardshell Guitar Case for Les Paul. I am very pleased with the case, Stephen, and Sweetwater.

The case is perfect and very fancy looking, perfect fit for les pauls to ship protected. only dumping 1 star because the lock is not TSA so if you travel by plane you cannot lock it, otherwise is perfect.

The guitar fits perfectly and doesn't move around when it's closed. The snaps lock down really well and are easy for me to open and close. All in all I really like it.

After having this case to protect my Les Paul, after a year the bottom hinge is pulling away from the case.
No method to fix this without ruining the lining to get to the case, forced to purchase another case. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this. Case is always indoors and never been abused.

Fits my Les Paul perfectly and seems solidly built.

Got this for the Epiphone Les Paul '50s, which by the way that one is worth quadruple the money, but as far as this case goes, it's pretty chincy. The latches are loose, and one of them was almost completely detached from the case when it arrived. I trust that Sweetwater checks their products before they ship them, so I can only imagine that the latches rattled loose during transport. The case is flimsy, and frequently moves the guitar head so that the tuning pegs are being pushed against the side. I wouldn't recommend this at all.

Excellent case for Epi LP and fits like a glove. Case did have a couple of very small imperfections (excess glue and couple of areas where you can see where they stapled the case together), but nothing that was a deal breaker where I would've had to send the case back.
As always great support by my Sales Engineer Chris Goldbach, with keeping me informed of when my case would be delivered as these were on backorder when I placed the order.

The case is everything I expected. The look is great, it is plenty heavy seems to be made well, the fit is perfect with a plush interior I have no complaints and as always the Sweetwater and Nick H service top notch.

My LP Custom is safe and sound in this case. Very sturdy.

Guitar fits perfectly in this case not too bulky. As long as you don't throw it around it's perfect.

Better than using the soft gig bag that you get with some Gibson guitars, but I still worry about my guitar being protected. Case looks good but it doesn't seem to be able to take the rigors of a working musician ( band trailer, people stacking and throwing equipment around). Also it came with one key for the case lock. Every case I've had in the past came with two! Inside padding doesn't feel firm enough for adequate protection.

I had ordered this case to have my new guitar shipped in .It arrived in great shape. I'm pleased say, it seems well made for the money. I've purchased three of these Epi cases from Sweetwater and have been happy with them all.

The Epiphone Les Paul case is very well designed, and what most impressed me is that it has an incline built in for the body of the guitar to rest on so that the weight of the guitar is evenly distributed when on its back. Another thing that's good is it has a 4th buckle on the opposite side of the case to keep it more securely closed. I don't know if that's standard on all Les Paul style cases or not.

This is a really nice case. I wanted to use the Epilite case/gig bag to save some space but it does not fit the Prophecy. This one does fit it and it's actually probably slimmer than the gig bag. More than I wanted to spend but the quality is more than up to the price. Very happy.

Is a good, lightweight case. Fits my "modern figured" Les Paul less than perfect. If you buy a "modern figured" Les Paul, expect a gap in the overall fit. It's acceptable enough to keep instead of sending back. For me, I use humidifiers, so a gap in the body shape is acceptable for moisture distribution.

My new Epiphone Les Paul Gold Top looks great in the Epiphone case. It will provide excellent protection when not being played.

My case matches the description on the website, and the pics, but there is no mention of the leather-like material covering the entire case! I actually wondered to myself if maybe my order was upgraded due to inventory or something, it just says "hardshell case" , which it is. Whether it's leather or tolex or something else, I will be a bit more careful with the case itself, which in turn takes care of the guitar a little better. It is an exact fit for my Les Paul modern, even just adding a strap makes the fit even more snug at the strap buttons, so know that. This is almost as good as the Gibson flight case I used to own 30+ years ago. Worth every penny. If you can afford a good guitar like a LP, then get a real case, don't gig bag it, gig bags are only good for dust cover at home, nothing more. If my guitar in HS case, and your guitar in gig bag, fell out of a moving truck, mine will still be in perfect condition, and you would be pricing replacement guitars online while I'm playing the gig and getting paid.

Ok, so I bought the Epiphone case just because I'm putting an Epiphone Les Paul in it. Not a wise choice. Nothing against Sweetwater, because they in fact did their job, but this case is a bit of a let down. It will indeed protect the guitar, but for how long, that's the question. In my opinion, it's not very well made. If your planning on carting you're guitar around a lot, bypass this case and go with a Gator or SKB case.

I have a new ENLPCS hard shell case. I'm very happy with the fit. The quality is perfect, my epi les Paul is now safe and snug. The interior is plush ,the latches well made.

I am very lucky to receive an Epiphone Les Paul Classic from the Gibson COVID-19 guitar giveaway a little over a year ago. The awarded guitar plays exceptionally well, however, lacked a case in order to provide additional protection during times of non-use. I needed a quality product that would be kind to my wallet! The Epiphone case is not made of the same materials of some of the higher priced options but fits the guitar well and has a great interior lining. The guitar does move a little in the case but not enough to damage the instrument (hence the 4 1/2 star rating). I am quite satisfied with the purchase and think very highly of the Epiphone brand.

I purchased this for my nephew who is about to deploy overseas and needed it for the journey. He says the fit is excellent, case is sturdy, but the lock on the latch is weak. He would have preferred a system that allows you to put a small master type lock instead. Other than that issue, it is a solid case and would recommend it to anyone with a Les Paul style guitar!

It's alright. My Epiphone Les Paul Modern Figured had to be SLAMMED in there to get it to fit. Foam/plush was uncomfortably tight around the input jack area, when I take the guitar out, you can see it drove into it a little more than it should have. Does not fit Les Paul Moderns well.

Not much to say besides its a perfectly adequate case for your LP style guitars. Well padded inside and the interior material is very nice.

I noticed that some prior reviewers complained of a smell in the case. I have not had a similar problem. The case certainly is nice enough. It's not a hard plastic case; so I wouldn't stand on it. But it seems to provide sufficient protection for anything I'd put it through. I'm very happy with it.

This case looks great. The interior is very plush and the guitar fits firmly inside. The case is surprisingly compact and lightweight but solidly built which is nice since Les Paul's tend to be on the heavy side. This is a very good case for not a lot of money. My new epiphone 60's les Paul fits perfect along with my 20 year old les Paul jr. Construction is very good and has great lining along with a covered storage compartment with good neck support for my guitars. The outside looks good with the epiphone logo in gold. The latches are very good quality and work very well. This is a lot of case for not that much money and my man Jonathan Casarow got this case out to me in a hurry. I would recommend this case to anyone.

I bought the Epiphone Les Paul Standard, and I wanted an Epiphone case and not a Gibson case for my new guitar. This case was at the perfect price point for me and the guitar fits nice and snug! Also, the workmanship is top-notch! This case has that pro musician feel, which matters to me for protecting my purchase since I'm a working musician and weekly gigs can play havoc on an instrument that isn't well cased.

The quality of the case was higher than my expectations, so I was really happy to see it in person when it showed up.

This case fits my Les Paul standard plustop pro like a glove. Adam suggested this case when I was ordering my Les Paul. He has never steered me wrong in the past so I ordered it too. First off I must say I didn't smell anything like other reviews state. It does its job and protects my guitar like it should.

This case is a good case and the Epiphone Les Paul fits very snug with plenty of padding. Wish it had two neck supports but the guitar is not moving with the lid closed. It has a pocket with a lid that will hold a strap, picks,tuner,capo, etc. I don't think I would check this case with guitar into baggage on a flight. For carrying the guitar to practice and gigs the case is perfect. For my $600 Les Paul this case works well. If I had a $2000 Gibson Les Paul I would get a case that would survive baggage claim. I am very satisfied for the price. Gator also makes two different models for Les Paul guitars for even less.

This case is very sturdy. The latches work well and feel strong. The inside is grey, very plush and my Les Paul fits snugly inside. I do wish it had two neck braces but it doesn"t move around when you pick up the case.

This is over the top perfect!! First of all the order was a new a brand new Epiphone Les Paul Pro guitar and Epiphone guitar case. Both were packaged well enough to withstand any punishment Fed Ex could muster up. Both items were perfect when opened. I was able to track the order minutes after I had placed it. It was at my door within 24 hours!!
Sweetwater assigned to Miguel Quinones as my Sales Engineer who made sure the 55 point inspection and all of the perks were sent!! He kept me informed up to the minute information and made sure I was extremely satisfied with the items. He even sent Sweetwater stickers and a bag of candy!! How cool is that??

I think this is the same case that comes with the epiphone Les Paul tribute, the one with the Gibson '57 pick ups? It is a great fit for a Gibson Les Paul junior, and I think it is the case for an epiphone 339? Great fit there too. Latches work best, if you latch the hinge one last. Ample storage, and supportive padding. A little over a year old and gets hauled in the back seat of a pickup,2-3 times a week and is holding up well, with just a minor scuff here and there. Have a gator journeyman case in the cream burlap that looks vintage and classic, but scuffs and stains more easily, but is still a very sturdy case. Guitars and cases are going to eventually show their mileage! I don't abuse them, but didn't buy them to hang on the wall in a glass cabinet! Sweetwater and Mason Bouvier are # 1, in online services, always knowledgeable and professional!

This case is durable,as well as attractive on the outside. The inside is very well lined with very soft protective
velvet type material. I just bought an Epiphone Les Paul Custom Pro from Sweetwater as well. Excellent guitar and Case. If you are considering purchasing new gear, do yourself a huge favor." BUY FROM SWEETWATER ". If you become a first time customer, you won't be going anywhere else.

The Epiphone case is well made and the Les Paul by Epiphone fits snugly inside. You have to push the guitar in the case, it is a little tight. This however keeps the guitar from bouncing around inside the case when traveling.

This is actually a well-made case but if you are buying or have an Epiphone Les Paul ES Pro (quasi-archtop) then you will find that it is an extremely tight fit. The treble/rhythm toggle switch jams into the top side of the case and it seemed likely to me that this pressure point would either be a stress on the guitar or ultimately break the toggle.

The Gator Les Paul case is also a snug fit for the ES Pro, but has a little sculpted indent that nicely accepts the toggle switch. I went with that.

Oh also I found both cases didn't actually close perfectly--you have to sort of ease the edges together before latching.

Great price fits Les Paul custom II plus very snug and wont have to worry about guitar while in case. finish of case outside very nice and inside very nice and plush.

I got this for my Epi Les Paul. Fits perfectly. Very cushioned inside. It"s sturdy and definitely protects the guitar. I am impressed with the quality of the on the outside as well. Would definitely recommend.

Had this guitar (a Les Paul) for about a year and wanted a case for a while. Have been hesitant to take it out without a case. This is a nice case for the money. Not for taking on a plane, one of the Gator cases would be good for that.

This case is just what I wanted at a price I liked. To no fault of sweetwater, the first one was returned after opening it and seeing the glued binding had separated. I contacted sweetwater, and immediately was sent a replacement. The case is really nice inside and out and looks like it will last for a long time. It's not the highest priced case but I don't think I'd spend allot on something I know I'd beat up going in and out my truck every other day. Thank you Epiphone and sweetwater, I'm happy.

I love this case, but some of the molding along the base was already peeling away when I received it. It looks like the adhesive didn't hold. The case is sturdy and it fits my new sweetwater epiphone Les Paul guitar like a glove. Strong exterior construction and a cushion interior give me confidence for the international travels ahead of me. I would give it a 5 if not for the molding.

This is a great case!! I own two and have a Gibson Les Paul Studio in one and a Les Paul Junior Special in the other. They fit great and snug and I feel very comfortable taking these guitars to any gig and know that they will be safe. I really enjoy the gray interior color and it has the same storage amount as the Gibson case for quite a bit less $$. Save this money over higher priced cases, unless that is your thing and that's cool, however I would rather save the money and buy more guitars and protect them in this case!!!

No real complaints about the case. I've had mine for about 2 years now and its held up functionally. I dont take care of the case at all and it holds up. If you bump the case on something hard like the metal frame of your bead, it will tear/chip the material. But thats just me being rough with it. There is a spot or two inside the case where the "plush" isnt glued that well but it doesnt fall off or hang. Id recommend it if you want an epi case for your epi.

I bought this case to protect my new Epiphone Les Paul Plus Top pro which I purchased from Sweetwater prior to returning to Australia from California. So this review is based on the case being used for transporting my new baby internationally on 2 flights.

First of all the pictures shown here do not do justice to the quality and finish of this case. The outside has a profiled top and smooth faux leather covering with the epiphone Logo on the top side and nice large "feet" on the underside to ensure stability when placing the case down. The handle is slightly padded and well placed for a balanced case when loaded.

The interior is a Silver/Grey and has extra padding on sections both on the bridge and back of the body to ensure that your investment stays supported and snug during transit. With ample lidded storage area for extra strings and picks etc. under the neck area. This is

I did note that the guitar will slide slightly when in place. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying that the guitar is loose in the case but, it will slide from left to right move and this can be noted when you notice the headstock has moved from the 12' O'clock position to 1' O'clock. No damage will be done but I would suggest supporting either side of the head stock with rolled up T-Shirts.

All in all, I doubt you will find a better fitting or more luxurious hard case for your new or old Guitar. I transported my guitar in the overhead storage on both flights and not a mark was left on the case. The guitar averages 8+ pounds and as the handle is so well designed and balanced this was almost a pleasure to carry.

If you have or will be buying a Les Paul. Get this case. Fantastic value for money and excellent customer Service. what more can you ask for?

Once again, Sweetwater knocks it out of the park with this Epiphone guitar case for Les Paul style guitars. Great price, quick delivery and awesome customer service response and reliability from a team of professionals. My Epiphone Blueshawk Deluxe fits extremely well.The case is nicely lined with a grey faux fur like padding with ample storage box beneath the neck. Contouring squares well with the shape of the Blueshawk as there are no large gaps between. The outside is outfitted with 4 latches, 3 in front and 1 in the rear. the middle front latch locks. Overall this is a great case, for a great price and a great fit for my guitar.

Fits like a glove!

This is a nice Epiphone case for your Les Paul. It is more secure than some of the generic branded cases, as it has 4 latches (1 that locks) instead of just 3 latches. The interior plush lining is padded decently, and it is very soft, and supportive of your guitar.

While the quality of this case is good, it doesn't seem as good as the Gibson molded cases that I've used in the past. The Gibson cases were rock solid...if you are clumsy like me, you could swing them around and bang them on doorways and tight hallways, and throw them into your tour bus/van with other gear and not worry a bit. These Epiphone cases are just not as tough IMO.

Now, before you think to yourself that I'm an idiot for comparing the Gibson case to the Epiphone case, keep in mind that the Epiphone case is still $100 roughly, we aren't talking about a cheap case. It is the same price basically as a Gator Deluxe wood case, which is built more like the expensive Gibson cases than the Epiphone case is. I don't think I would trust the durability of this Epiphone case for long-term, serious gigging, but it would be perfectly fine for keeping your guitar safe at home and playing a few shows. That is the main reason why I only gave it 3.5 stars.

I received my case along with the guitar at the same time. Case is made well and should definitely take good care of my LP.
The only issue was, the hinge by the Epiphone logo didn't get riveted, the rivets were there but not closed. I sent my engineer Even Mehre an e-mail and explained with pictures.
I didn't want the hassle of returning it for that, I could fix it, so we worked it out and it's all good now.
It's not a hard plastic case but it's definitely a good case for the money no doubt.

Quality case through & through

(LP standard Epi) Did a lot of shopping in stores and internet... Excellent quality case... I have seen many and few are perhaps better (more posh, maybe a little heavier) but fit, finish and overall construction is very good on this unit. top line hardware. For the money this is the one you want for a les paul... fits like a glove, not too tight or loose.. just right . Has a little room for storage around head and box is adequate. Liner is like a low pile padded carpet (vs a shaggier feel)
From what I have witnessed, only second to a Gibson case (little more posh/shag and added neck support).

Cons: finish is glossy and like a pair of shoes... will scuff.

I would not hesitate to buy it again

My Les Paul needed more protection than a soft gig bag, so based on previous reviews I bought this one sight unseen. With a high-end feel and build quality, it was a solid value at $99 with free shipping from Sweetwate (this company has way above average customer service, in my experience).

Guitar fit is good—not perfect—but to be fair, I have a pretty fat strap on my guitar which does get in the way of the body fitting perfectly. I'm hoping that as it wears in a bit, the bed will loosen up and accommodate the strap a little better. Overall, I'm very pleased. Very nice Les Paul-purposed case at a price that won't break the budget.

I bought this gem of a case based on the reviews I read right here, and I'm glad I did. I rarely give a 5 on a review, but except for a minor balance issue when you set it down on it's narrow side, not flat, it could be more solid, (but this is nit-picking,) she's a 5 in my book! My Epi fits snuggly in the very plush-lined case, also with a supported upper back, so that the guitar is not resting solely on the neck support. Me like! This case is a real looker, with clean lines, and slightly sheened finish that the golden Epiphone logo looks great on!

This is a great case for the money! My Epiphone Studio Deluxe fits like a match made in heaven in it. Also my Dean 12string fits perfectly in it. I'm going to need another one! This case is the perfect mate for the Epiphone Les Paul Standard. While it's not quite as good as a Gibson LP case, it's plenty good for the Epi at a MUCH lower price. My LP fits like a glove, without it being too tight. While it's not a flight case, it's more than adequate for gigging. The arch top also keeps people from stacking things on the case. Always a plus around careless patrons and thoughtless roadies. I gave this case a 4.5 because the latches could be a bit sturdier. Other than that, at this price, it's a great buy.

This is my 3rd Epiphone case. The first came with my tribute+, the second i ordered for my wildkat, and this one I ordered for my traditional Pro. I sought high and low for a different case, but in the end, couldn't justify paying $20-30 more. It is a solid case and probably will protect my guitar for a long time. However, it scuffs really easily and even peels relatively easily. It fits the guitar like a glove though and its easy to see that the gear is safe inside. I love the look of it, and the Epiphone brand just adds to the coolness of carrying it. After my experience with the first 2 cases I really looked at getting a different material, but at the end of the day, having spent so much on a third guitar, i just couldn't see splurging on a higher quality case. This is a solid case. However, if you have the extra dollars, buy a hard-shell case. Also, I've had it for a month and one of the latches needs to be pushed slightly to the side in order to fit and I don't remember it getting banged up in any way.

This case houses my guitar and is a great investment. It's a hard case with fur on the inside. It's everything a case should be.

The fit is perfect. The latches required some repair to latch properly, but it was a minor repair that took me a few minutes and now it works great.

I have had several Gibson Les Paul's thought the years.And always went with the Epiphone case.They are a great value for the money.If you are not a touring musician then buy this one. Disguise your Gibson Baby inside the EPI case! Maybe the guy looking to lift the Gibson might pass it on by !

The case fits my Les Paul standard perfectly, but it is a bit flimsy in construction. The shell is solid, but the it takes a little wiggling to get the lid closed on all sides and the latches lined up. Its great for a starter case, but I would spring for a more expensive one in the future.

This is a good case for the price. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is that it needs a little nudge to close completely. Other than that, nice case - warm and fuzzy.

My guitar fit this case like a glove. It was put in the garage so the Strong glue smell has a chance to air. (Set it outside on a sunny days) The Bad smell goes all the way through it and has gone away some. I recommend you buy a gator case instead. We have many other cases and have never had this problem. Looking at the other reviews on this, back in march, 2012, this was and is apparently still a big problem. We did notify sweetwater about this in hopes they will work with a different company on it. They did offer to exchange it but I chose to keep it in hopes it will be ok, plus the return policy I read said I have to pay to send it back. All other products we have bought from sweetwater have been excellent, the service great and I recommend this company Highly. I've had this case over a month, and by the way, it's still in my garage, I'll have to take the loss and get a gator case down the line.

This case has a lock on one of the four latches. Very sturdy. It has a scent to it that i can live without. Compartment inside about twice the size of a pack of strings and roughly 2.5 to 3 inches deep. I have an epiphone les paul and this case fits it perfectly.

The case fits and works great. The indusrty standard hinges are all weak and cheesy. It is not just this case. I prefer the old hings types that closed from above and did not depend on pulling something. This should not prevent anyone from not buying the bst deal you will get for a LP Guitar. It just arrived today; very quick for free shipping. I opened the case and immediately noticed a horribly strong glue smell. There were even bits of glue on the outside of the case that. I checked the seems between the inside shell and the plush liner, and sure enough they just come right apart. the case was not hot in any way, so I don't think the glue melted in delivery. I also compared it side by side with a gator case, and the gator fit the contours much better. The bottom lining doesnt even support the back of the guitar because the neck supports are too high. I will be returning it and probably just getting the Gibson case.

I have been looking for a case for my Epi Les Paul for a LONG time, and I came across this one. I could not believe the price, and I was very skeptical. I read all of the reviews, and decided to go for it. I can't believe the quality of this case. It fits my Les Paul perfectly, and the fit and finish is fantastic.

Very nice case. I have Gibson Les Paul guitars and Les Paul wannabes by other makers and the same case doesn't always fit every brand. Someone told me the Epiphone case wouldn't fit my Washburn WMI, but it fit perfectly. It looks well built. I have Epiphone cases for other knockoffs as well and they always do the job, and the price was great.

The case is great, padding is fine and the locks are firm and secure. The only aspect that is not stelllar is there is one lock on the non handle side of the case that makes it a little awkward to open. Not a real problem though.

This case is a very rich looking, well built guitar case and fits the Epiphone Les Paul Standard guitar like a high quality glove. I have a limited edition Martin and the case for that guitar is not as nice a fit as this one. Like everyone else says the fit is perfect like a fine glove. It could use a bigger compartment.

I'd have given it a 5 if it had a silk shroud in it but wow what a solid case. Great value, looks and I have to hand it to Sweetwater Music. Not only did I get free candy in my packing box but they followed through and checked all my questions on the case and shipped it lightening fast (with tracking emails). I bought this case with my son's Epi LP Standard Plus. It's plush lining and sturdy construction support and protect the guitar and the grey interior ads a touch of class. My original case had some hardware issues which the team at Sweetwater took care of without question.

I have 9 of these cases and plan on getting a couple more when available. Other models like Ibanez will fit in this case. (always check fit before buying a case)
Guardian is good for wider guitars like the Schecter models. For a soft case (gig bag), the Fender is the best for padding and cost. You can't beat Sweetwater for the free ship, and cost is equal with most other suppliers so you come out ahead.

I got one of these cases for my epi les paul, and i got to hand it to epiphone. they make great stuff that is in my price range. my case that showed up here had "epihphone" spelled out on the case instead of the "big E", and the material of the case is almost identical to the $140 SKB case for les pauls. I got my case just yesterday and am very happy with it. My Special II fits in it like magic. I won't be worried about it anymore when I'm packing up to take it some place. I was also very happy that it locked. I can leave the case out and not worry that the kids will get into it. Great buy for the price.
