Above and beyond all expectations

My first order from Sweetwater was a $ set of headphones. They arrived quickly and was shocked to get a call from Brian at Sweetwater to see if my purchase was satisfactory and we ended up chatting for over 30 minutes. To me this was unbelievable customer service for such a small online order. So when I was ready to buy a guitar, I gave Brian a call. Again, customer service was above and beyond. The Epiphone Les Paul Custom Pro, Lefty Ebony showed up in a couple of days and WOW. It is absolutely beautiful, very well packaged, setup nicely, and was in perfect condition. It has that "Les Paul" sound that I was looking for and could not have asked for more. If you are looking at this Les Paul, don't hesitate to order from Sweetwater, they will treat you right and this guitar is truly fabulous. I will never buy a guitar from anyone else.

Epiphone Les Paul Custom

I had been waiting for awhile to get this guitar. I had tried some out at local stores but I am a left handed player almost all models in in stores are right handed. But I knew players who had this model and raved about. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. Truth is all stores that carry this guitar have the same unit. The reason I bought it from sweet water is Customer service. Sweet water has the best customer service hands down among the other competitors. They are number one. If your thinking about making an online music equipment purchase you can't go wrong at this place. They got your back.

Great Guitar !!!

This is guitar number 12 for me. I have several that span from the late 80s to the mid 2000s. Many different makes and models along with a couple custom builds. I have to say the tone on this guitar is great. It has a sound all it's own. Seems to have a lot of power and crunch for the hard rock metal sound I play, but at the same time it has a great clean tone for the blues and country side. Well built sturdy and in the classic Les Paul style. The Pro humbuckers have tones all their own. The pickups are very clean sounding no background noise or static. Overall a great sounding and feeling guitar. It was well worth the money. The whole experience was a great one with Sweetwater. Ty is a great guy and gave me a great deal and answered all my questions. It was delivered when promised. Something the local store failed on miserably but they lost me as a customer. I will shop Sweetwater for all my musical needs. Thanks TY and Sweetwater for a great experience and purchase, You guys rock !!

Absolutely incredible guitar

A friend of mine alerted me to this guitar. I had been watching the Sweetwater site and low and behold, they got a bunch in. I called Derek Senestraro, my sales engineer. We chatted and I ended up buying one. It arrived the next day and had a few very light scratches on the neck. I have to assume this happened in transit. I called Derek, and he hooked me up with Sean, a Gear Tech. I picked out a new one, and Sean had it shipped out within a half hour. When it arrived, I gave the FedEx person the first one for shipment back to Sweetwater. No one has better customer service than Sweetwater. Who even does stuff like this any longer? Amazing. Now on to the guitar. First, it's visually stunning. The fit and finish are top notch. The frets are perfect and the neck, even with the poly on back, is fast and oh so comfortable. But wait, there's more. The pickups on this guitar, the ProBuckers, are insanely great sounding and very versatile. I could not believe the sustain, the tonal range, or the clarity. I am beyond impressed with every aspect of this guitar. If you're having any hesitation, seriously, DON'T. This is very fine guitar at a very fair price.. Thanks for the great guitar and service, Derek and Team Sweetwater.

A cure for a mid life crisis!

After 45 years of exclusively playing my lefties Telecaster, I am now in love with my new Les Paul. What a joy. And what a joy Sweetwater is!
