Great product and a great price.
Great product and a great price.
So, as guitar players we always need this and that but one of the things we need most often are strings. Either we break a string and have to replace it or we just get tired of all the ruts, divots and intonation from the strings that have been on our guitar for too long.
For me, that's about one week of heavy playing on my Acoustics. I want my Acoustics to sound lively and responsive. I detest the sound of dull strings which by the way are harder to get in tune.
When I am playing steady which I always am I change out my strings at about 40 hours or maybe even 20 hours of usage and playing all the time, every night, that could be upwards to at the least two sets a week and sometimes more.
NP! Right? Buy them online and get packs as low as $4-6 dollars. Really! That's a great deal but let me ask you.... Why would you do this?
When you're in a situation like I am in and you are always needing to restring your guitars... Why buy them like this when you can buy the cool, groove y 25 pack!
What a steal of a deal!!! 25 packs break down to only $3.79 a pack! You're saving money and better yet! When you need them there they are! Waiting to be strung on your favorite guitar!
This is simply the only way to go unless you like spending money and if this is the case, contact me, I'll sell you a sett for $4.90 out of my 25 pack!
Hey! Gotta make a living somehow playing of the ignorance of other... ;-)
With a dozen acoustics, and sweaty/low pH fingers, the bulk pack lasts a month or so. Getting sets below $4 helps a lot. I've tried 'em all, some are as good, but for me, nothing beats D'Addarios. At this price, who needs a brain?
I've been using D'Addario EJ16 Phosphor Bronze Light Acoustic Strings for years and since my guitar collection has continued to grow, it became obvious that I needed more sets of strings than the 10-packs I had been buying. The 25-pack bulk string box design is awesome! There is no individual packaging to hassle with. You just pull whatever single string you need out of the box while holding the bundle in place; it's super easy. Everyone who has seen the box thinks it's great. I don't feel I need to say much about how good these strings sound or how long they last. They're the best strings on the market, IMHO and the 25-pack rocks!
The d addario strings are great , The bulk packaging was a bit unexpected
and was a hassle to get them out to be used.
Great packaging for easy access to strings. Cuts down price to buy in bulk and the EJ16's are very high quality. I perform professionally 5 nights a week with a typical gig running 3 hours. I can usually get 2 full gigs out of a set of these, sometimes 3, but that's pushing it. Great sound. If you're a pro player, this is a wonderful option based on quality, price, and convenience.
I'm always happy with these strings. They sound good on my guitar and work well for my playing style. If you change your strings routinely I always suggest the bulk pack.
