Epiphone Hummingbird - Heritage Cherry Sunburst Reviews
The look of the Epiphone Hummingbird is nothing but classic. In fact, this 6-string acoustic guitar is instantly recognizable, both in look and its warm sound. Boasting the gorgeous Heritage Cherry Sunburst finish, the Epiphone Hummingbird features a solid spruce top, a mahogany body, and a mahogany neck for pure tone. What's more, a distinctive hummingbird pickguard sets off the body while beautiful, split parallelogram inlays give the rosewood fingerboard an elegance all its own. When what you want is a great-sounding, stunning acoustic guitar, you've found it with the Epiphone Hummingbird.

Sexy sexy sexy
This guitar blew me away in successions, I loved the looks, then the playability, then the sound and finally the price. For your money you get a beauitful guitar that sounds great for all styles of acoustic playing. It is a little bit on the quiet side, but that tends to be with less expensive guitars. However, after changing the stock strings it did get a little more volume and clarity, so I do recommend doing that. WARNING this guitar's headstock is a little irregular comparing to most acoustics, I bought a case for it and it did not fit right, so make sure the bag/case you plan to buy for it fits its over sized headstock.
Bottom line, its awesome.
Great Guitar for the Price
I've had mine for almost a year now and it's really been a great guitar for the money. The tone is nice and even and it records well with a sound hole pickup or just with a mic. The frets are nice and the action is better than many guitars in this price range.
A POOR MAN'S GIBSON HUMMINGBIRD
POOR MAN'S VERSION YES...BUT NOT CHEAP...THIS GUITAR HAS IT'S OWN SIMILAR -TO -THE -GIBSON -VOICE...BUT WITH THE LONGER SCALE...EPIPHONE TRIED TO ATTAIN MORE DEPTH OF TONE...IT WORKS....IT IS A NICE GUITAR IN ITS OWN RIGHT....
