You Pay What You Get For

Most people were complaining about the quality of the drumsticks. In this case I agree. I always use Vic Firth drumsticks. However, I decided to pick these up because of the cost. I would recommend this to anyone that just wants a back-up pair. They are prone to breaking if doing rim shots. So I don't recommend them if anyone is doing these type of things. But if you are practicing on your practice pad. This is more then good enough for that and even slow drum playing as well. One thing i say is that you really get what you pay for.Pros:VERY AFFORDABLE Cons:Not as solid build quality as people would hope

Ok

These sticks won't last as long and can break with out warning so I don't use them at shows, but the price is great. I just use them for band practice.

Should they break this fast

I'm new to drums so maybe my expectations are out of line, but I break these sticks often. I play relatively soft, and don't slam into the cymbals. I haven't had a set of these sticks last more than a week. They do explode in spectacular fashion though, so there is that. The best thing that can be said about these sticks is that they didn't cost much. I may change my opinion once I try some other sticks, but I'm certainly not blown away by these.

garbage

These sticks are made of balsa wood. Don't buy them unless they're for a little kid who doesn't hit hard. They are highly prone to breaking by an adult under normal drumset playing conditions.

These sticks are great on electronic kits. Good feel and great durability. Get a pair!
