909 Drums are Electronic Music 101

With the D16 Group Drumazon drum synthesizer plug-in you've got the iconic sound of the classic 909 drum machine, with more flexibility than you ever had with the original hardware unit. The sound of Drumazon is spot on, using synthesis instead of samples to re-create the sounds that set the stage for acid, house, and other flavors of electronic music. And the built-in sequencer makes it easy to create and organize patterns, and even chain them together for more complex arrangements. If you make electronic music, there's no reason you shouldn't employ the D16 Group Drumazon drum synth plug-in in your productions.

Fairly easy to use, excellent 909 emulation

I was a little intimidated at first, especially when I downloaded the demo--but after a bit of reading the manual I've become pretty proficient in using it. The sounds seem pretty accurate from what I can remember (including that very fake-sounding handclap!) and it's a lot of fun to play with. Step sequencers have to be the easiest way of constructing drum loops, and this one is no exception.

Great emulation!

Nothing beats the real thing, but D16 Group has come close. Easy to use layout. Sounds excellent. Other emulations are good, but this one is much better. Try it.
