Solid Tone

It's really hard to Recommend strings because they're so subjective, but I've slowly started putting these in every single one of my guitars. 6 and 7 string. They break in quick, and have a very consistent tone through their life.

Love Dunlop strings!! The Heavy 7's are pure thunder! I so dig a fresh set of these on my axe! Super sustain, bright crisp response, these things seem to have a extra bit of "attack" I think esp. when paired to a hot hum bucker! Heavy tones no doubt like most 7 string axes these things are made for metal!! However, grab that clean channel, maybe stomp up some compression, then chorus, switch to the neck p/u… can you hear that? :) Those "shimmery" cleans just melted the face right off that single coil tone snob!

All around good strings

These are probably the best 7 string set Ive tried outside of EB and Daddario, super comfortable to play, stays in tune greatly, and has a nice growl through your amp. You can do just about most of the basic drop tunings on these, B flat standard, Drop A, even A standard! Its tops for sure in 7 string standard lol. Im sticking with these for awhile, definately an upgrade from using 56-10 from most companies that they make.
