Works fine, but TRS is better

Bought these to use with my Presonus Eris 5's until I could get an external DAC. They work fine, but unbalanced cables add a lot of noise that I couldn't really hear until I had high quality speakers. After I got a Scarlett 2i2 and ran TRS cables, I really heard the difference— I'll save these for when I need to connect my Mac's headphone port directly to some old equipment.
