Great fit! Thanks!

I had looked for a case for my son's Ibanez Glaive XG300 for awhile and they were so expensive that I didn't think I'd be able to get 1. I can across Sweetewater and found 1 for under $50! I couldn't believe it!! I bought it and I'm very happy with it!

ESP Delux Wedge Bag

Only gave it a 4 because it was just a gig bag. I see no fault in the product whatsoever. Service with Sweetwater is superior to other companies that I have dealt with. I would recommend both Sweetwater and this gigbag to a friend.

Absurdly big - 50" by 21"

This is made for Explorers, V's, anything with an odd-shaped body requiring lots of room for the pointy parts to jut here and there. I got it for the ESP LTD 12 string Thinline thinking it would be a good match. It gets lost in this case. Sweetwater unfortunately does not publish the dimensions. Others have gotten this case and reported 48" so it would seem the dimensions change with the wind. Padding is thinnish, doesn't inspire confidence, and the zipper seems a bit fragile. Do I really have to spend $80 to get a decent bag? Still deciding whether to keep this thing. Very disappointed the dimensions were not published here, as the ARE for the bass case. (I thought this WAS the bass case as the dimensions are nearly the same - just 2 inches shorter length, same width. HUGE)

Inspired design, functionally limited

Bought this bag rather than the other ESP bag because I like a hard case in the wedge shape. It has a great look but is far too roomy for a solid body bass, leaving the bass to move freely during transport. The excess room along the length of the neck and especially at the headstock makes the case look floppy. In contrast to other gigbags in this price range, the logo is stenciled rather than stictched.
