Perfect Cab for Your Fender Bassbreaker 007 and 15

The Fender Bassbreaker BB-112 extension speaker cabinet makes a great mate for your 007 or 15 Bassbreaker amplifier heads. It even fits perfectly under the Bassbreaker 15 combo amp for more low-end punch. The single 12" Celestion V-type speaker accentuates the focused British-style tones these Sweetwater favorite amps exude. And the semi-closed back design balances the midrange of an open back with the thump that you can only receive from closed-back construction. Whether you need to extend the range of your Bassbreaker or are just looking for a great extension cab, check out this Bassbreaker BB-112.

A great all around cabinet.

I bought this for a "house" cabinet, at my studio. I've had electric players, and pedal steel players both use it with great joy. I leave it mic'd up in an iso space with a speaker cable run thru the wall to the guitar picker station. I've got a 57 on it, and everybody smiles.

Great Cabinet

I bought the bassbreaker 112 cab as an extension for the bassbreaker 15 combo amp. it's light weight enough to take on the go and sounds great. Just by stacking the combo amp on top of the cab, the sound improved immensely. The combo was loud enough to keep up with my drummer but the sound was small and it didn't cut through a mix very well. With the extension cab, the guitar sits much better in the mix and sounds much bigger. The only downside is that the combo amp is about 20 pounds heavier and so it's a little unstable when you stack them. If you don't plan on tweaking your dials, I suppose you could go with the cabinet on top. Not a deal breaker (pun intended) by any means, but something to keep in mind. If you plan on gigging or jamming with a live band/drummer, I highly recommend the extension cab. Can't beat the price, style, and features.

Great Cab Bassbreaker 007 Head

Great Cab for Bassbreaker 007, it has a nice balance with this head. 007 and 12 inch will push plenty of volume. I play through through the head and cab combo my Les Paul Tribute and my new Deluxe Strat Roadhouse. On the 007, drive the bass down close to 7 o'clock or zero and gain to 8 o'clock, and Les Paul will ring out a clean sound at near full power. You have to control the Bass on with this combo or you thump out E and G string bass notes like your on bass guitar. With limited testing with the Strat it sounds great as well.
