    Fantastic little rockstar

This guitar will surprise you. I've always been a Mustang fan, and this version carries on the legacy. The fit and finish are spot on, with everything straight and true, and the metallic blue with clearcoat looks retro fabulous. It's no-nonsense setup makes it easy to get right into playing. The neck on mine was perfect: fast action, good intonation, perfect for either lead lines or power chords. The twin humbucking pickups deliver punchy response and will wake up your amp with surf guitar clarity, funky midrange rhythm, or growling metal power chords. Anyone looking for a versatile, reliable axe with classic style and solid tone should pick one of these up. Love it!

For the money this is a great guitar. Light weight and killer sound. Action is great perfect for people with smaller hands. The only draw back is the fretting are a little scratchy for bending but a good polishing fixes that problem. Great guitar for the money.

    A Must Buy guitar!

My wife ended up buying me this guitar because it was cheaper, and more interesting, than any kit or parts build guitar I could find. I figured I would use it as a project guitar. Well, I'm a little disappointed because I can't really find anything I want to change about this little jewel! I was going to put in some P90s, but these humbuckers have the punch AND the growl I was looking for. The neck is straight as can be, but I will need to file the nut a bit, and polish the frets. The only component I feel I have to replace, is the 3 way switch; it's flimsy and wobbles when in the middle position. It does feel a little cheap, probably because it's so light, but once it's plugged in, it sounds like a much more expensive guitar. So, if your looking for an inexpensive, fun to play, great sounding guitar, it's a no brainer...you HAVE to buy this guitar
