Seymour Duncan Antiquity II Surfer Strat 3-piece Single Coil Pickup Set - Aged White Reviews
If you're craving vintage Strat chime and quack, this set of Seymour Duncan Antiquity II Surfer pickups is for you. It doesn't matter if you're playing rock, blues, surf, or jangle pop, the sweet highs and percussive lows of these pickups will add exciting new dimensions to your playing. You also get a high-output custom bridge pickup that's overwound for a blistering 9.7k of DC resistance, and a middle pickup that's reverse-wound to mimic humbuckers in the 2nd and 4th notches of your Stratocaster's 5-way switch. The guitarists at Sweetwater love the electrifying sound you get when these pickups are pushing a tube amp to the breaking point. So drop this Seymour Duncan Antiquity II surfer pickup set into your Strat and enjoy some timeless tone!

Sweetwater Review
I've been hunting down this set for a while and I'm glad Sweetwater had these in stock. The service provided is great, quick delivery with a welcoming letter. The candy was awesome too. I'm now a loyal customer and looking forward to more purchases.
I've since installed the Antiquity 2 Surf set on my Ibanez Talman strat copy and have been instantly blown away. It's got the quack and shimmer of classic 60s strats but still with plenty of tonal body.
Thank you Sweetwater and Seymour Duncan.
Great Dynamic Sound
I installed these in my Strat coupled with the Emerson Blender electronics kit and now the guitar has never sounded better! Much of the hum has been eliminated while still preserving that raunchy Strat tone. These pickups create a fuller, more in depth tone that seems to carry more sustain than what came stock from the factory. Very versatile for any playing style, not just surf. Not too crazy about the aging and would probably opt for the non-aged set in hindsight for purely synthetic reasons. My only complaint with installing these bad boys is that the screws that hold them in place are to short. The magnets in these are quite powerful and require a pretty good gap between the p/u and strings, hence longer screws are needed to suck them down into the pickgaurd.
