Audio-Technica M2R

I love the freedom of listening to a playback while grabbing a drink, snack or what have you without actually being in the same room. There are many times having a large headphone can start to feel heavy when listening for prolong periods. I've also picked up a lavalier mic which I can connect to the M2R for "ambient" pickup of external sources like when someone's talking to you and can still have the ear buds on. Great product! Have not needed any tech support since day one. Manual is cut and dry and user friendly. Bought another bodypack for a second user. Great price point overall especially for a soloist or duo. Cons? the included ear buds are ok...but it's a matter of personal choice I think. Just gotta try what tickles your ear methinks! BTW..did I mention STEREO?

Great in ear monitor

This system is really good for stage monitoring without using floor wedges. No feedback issues and the limiter works really well. The only downsides are the earphones are mediocre (basically no bass) and battery life is about 6 hours or so for 2 - AA batteries - but the small cost of batteries is worth it.
