Behringer - a brief history

Uli Behringer showed an interest in music technology design at a young age, building his own synthesizer by the age of 16. In 1982, Uli began studying sound engineering and classical piano at the Robert Schumann conservatory in Dusseldorf, Germany. Uli's defining moment came when he was repairing a signal processor made by a high-end manufacturer. Despite the processor's expensive price tag, Uli realized that its internal components could be bought for a fraction of the cost. Being a strapped-for-cash student, Uli began building his own signal processors. Before he knew it, other students began requesting equipment from him. In 1989, after being bombarded with more orders than he could handle by himself, Uli created Behringer, Inc.

Mighty Amp

Just needed an amp to play around with, this little guy does the job. Really a great amp for the money. Sweetwater really does a wonderful job with their sales communication, shipping, and follow up to make sure that you are a satisfied customer. I plan to buy all my guitar needs from them.

better than I thought...

I'm new to guitar and wanted a practice amp with good sound for a reasonable price and this is definitely it! Sounds incredible with my electric/acoustic Washburn and I also like to CD input jack so I can practice along with songs direct from my computer. Headphone jack is helpful for quiet practice when everyone else is sleeping. Right now just using in my office for practice but definitely enough power to take out for small venues. Great product for the money...and as always Sweetwater was fantastic!

Behringer Ultracoustic AT&T108 - 15W8" Acoustic Instrument Amp

The Behringer Ultracoustic suits my needs perfectly. It is the perfect size for my needs as I don't have a lot of room. Since it has to be set up in a guest bedroom, I appreciate the fact that it's appearance blends in better than a black box. The price too was reasonable. The sound too is all I need for my situation. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
