I continue to be amazed by not only the knowledge level of your staff, but more so with their customer service demeanor.

Great buy!

I got this unit to help provide feedback on vocals. I felt that we were not 'hearing' how we sounded and that lead to bad harmonies and off-key singing. Tried the unit by myself and really liked the result. Felt that it improved my performance almost immediately. After finishing that night, my wife commented that my music had moved from 'good' to 'professional'. I don't know if it was that good, but it definitely helped. Have used it with my band and the improvement was there but not as dramatic. NOTE: When selecting the frequency for your purchase, contact Galaxy for a recommendation for your location (ZIP code). They can look up what frequency will give you the cleanest signal. THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT SO YOU GET THE BEST POSSIBLE RESULTS.

Spend the Extra Money

If you are looking for a "cheap" option for IEM's, and you think this is the right fit, then you better not care at all about quality or reliability.Yes, this device will wirelessly transmit audio into your ears. However, expect the following.-Constant, terrible interference. It's a fixed band, so if there are competing devices on that frequency, you are screwed. Even if there aren't, the transmission is extremely poor and I get intermittent static everywhere I go.-Poor sound quality. All highs, zero low end. -Earbuds fall out easily and are very uncomfortable. Start sweating a little bit and they fall right out. I got burned on this. Your best bet is to just buy a better unit from the get go.
