The first pickup designed in the company's Sun Valley custom shop, the Pasadena is voiced for sweet, vintage PAF tone, but with just a little more punch. In the Sunset Classic II FR, this Alnico-5 design delivers sweet, balanced output, but with a slight, musical-sounding upper-midrange bump - and just the right amount of gain for driving your amp's front end.
The Sunset Strip delivers take-no-prisoners toneThe Schecter USA Sunset Classic II FR is fitted with a Sunset Strip humbucker in the bridge position, for a barely-street-legal concoction, the main ingredients of which are power, gain, and sustain. The ceramic magnet of this custom shop pickup delivers increased dynamics and natural compression, for an aggressive sound that's guaranteed to cut through the thickest mix, while its four-conductor wiring gives you a wide variety of tonal options.
