perfect for me!

I play four string plectrum style banjo. These picks are so great because they stay in your hand due to the rough surface where you hold it. .60 mm is perfect for me!

Stiffer than regular

Great pick BUT these .60 max grip that I purchased are about the same stiffness as (and maybe even just a little stiffer than) the nylon Dunlop regular .73 mm (the picks that are 1 shade darker in color). So, if you are on the borderline between two grades, remember these max grip seem to run a little stiffer than regular. However, they are great as far as holding on. Seem pretty durable.
