Professional ukulele that's built like a classical guitar

When Cordoba designed the Cordoba 24C, they approached the instrument like a smaller-bodied classical guitar, paying close attention to weight, tonewoods, body construction, finish, and playability. The result is an affordable and lightweight professional instrument that plays great, with looks, projection, intonation, and articulation for the concert hall.

Fun to play, easy to learn

The ukulele is a fun instrument with a unique sound that's quick to learn for all ages - especially for guitarists. The Cordoba 24C takes what's great about the ukulele and pushes it into professional territory for a go-anywhere instrument that will inspire you to create wherever you take it, from the beach to the studio.

Harks back to the ukulele's roots

In designing its ukulele series, Cordoba traced the instrument back to its heritage: the Portuguese braguinha. Cordoba began building in Portugal with period-appropriate build methods and body woods before learning where they could innovate for better tone and playability. Sweetwater is sure that even experts will be pleased by the Cordoba 24C's impressive features for the money.

24C Uke

Really good looking, and ready to play. The quality is excellent , restrung with Low G strings, great tone. A joy to play.

Ukes, not cukes!

Great ukulele, good price. The spalted maple is unique, and so is the padauk binding. But don't buy this uke for looks alone--PLAY it. Projects well, and the frets,(a bit on the small side, but that's just me) are accurately placed--it's in tune, anyplace on the neck. You need to get one.

Built like a Spanish Guitar

Added this concert-size to my standard-strung soprano uke so I could play jazz with a low-G. I was looking for something different in a ukulele sound and this fits the bill. It is fan-braced with a varying bout thickness. It's got a little belly like a on the back like a Spanish guitar and I think it softens the uke character quite a bit. The Spalted Maple sides and back are perfectly bookended on mine and the binding looks superb. Thin cedar top is sweet sounding. Love it.
