Nice sounds, easy to play and looks good.

This is a really nice ukulele. It sounds great, and is light in weight, which is important when playing over time. The wood is beautiful, and it stays in tune.

This is an awesome Ukulele for the money! This is a great one to travel with. Sounds good and plays good but you won't cry if you knock it on something or need to lay down it around the campfire.

I am a beginner and the Cordoba 15CM ukulele is the first stringed instrument I will learn to play. It sounds really nice and and looks great.

So far so good, easy to play, keeps tune, can't wait to dive deeper into this instrument

Nice Uke for the money. I've never owned one and didn't want to spend a lot of money to find out I didn't like it. Sounds bright and cheerful. A good thing right now. Nice binding and wood. Easy to learn especially if you already play the guitar. Not a Martin but not a Martin price either.

Got this for our daughter. The wood and the woodworking are beautiful. As a lifelong guitar player, am simply amazed that this little beauty didnt cost 10 times more! I definitely got the most for my money and, best of all, my daughter loves it!

I got this ukulele as my first ukulele and couldn't be happier. I did however change my strings to a D'addario EJ88 strings and I think it sounds much better.

This Is my second ukulele (this one is for my granddaughter's BD been teaching her how to play the Uke) from Cardoba and my 3rd instrument from them (the other was a Fusion 16 an amazing guitar). Needless to say I'm a fan! It sounds great, plays great, looks great! Love it!

I can't compare it to other ukuleles, it's the only one I've ever played.
But, I absolutely love it. I've spent hours with it for the week I've had it.
It sounds better now, resonance improved.
I'd buy it again.

This is a beautiful instrument and sounds very good to me. The binding and rosette add to the elegance.
Having played every day for over a week, I can say I have found NO rough spots or any other concerns. The wood grain is matched on the center-line, frets are smooth, tuning has settled in.
The matte finish means means my hand slides easily on the neck.
Looking inside, I believe the kerfing and internal bracing are tight and clean.
The top is obviously plywood, and probably the whole instrument is, but that can be expected at this price point. The benefit of plywood is that it adds stiffness and strength, and since many expensive ukes are made with koa, which is a hard/stiff wood, I don't think much is lost using mahogany plywood.

I ordered my new guild guitar a couple weeks ago, and I couldn't be any happier . Not only was the guitar as great as I thought it would be , but I was blown away by how awesome Sweetwater's customer service was . Novice Uke player. The CM15 is very easy to play, sounds great, and the craftsmanship is beautiful. I purchased it in store and the customer service was extremely helpful. It is well worth the price. My brother is a seasoned guitarist and he likes it so well he just purchased one for himself.

It looks pretty. It sounds good. The intonation is good. Many ukeleles only get 2 out of 3 right, this hits them all and is affordable.

Neat, compact instrument. Very easy to play. A great instrument for those just breaking into music.

This is a great value at this price. The instrument is nicely crafted and has features only found on more expensive instruments, fully bound body and fingerboard. I was surprised to find that the neck has an adjustable truss rod. The final touch is a very high quality gig bag.

Fantastic little instrument. It's a pleasure to play. It stays in tune and has a very nice sound quality. I am by no means an experienced ukulele player. However, I have played enough instruments to know when something is off and of poor quality. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality ukulele at a low price point. It is a very quality instrument in my opinion.

First of all, separate from the ukulele itself, I was completely surprised by the level of customer service from this store! Very fast shipping, was packaged very well, and came with a little bag of candy and a catalog! I even got a personal phone call following my order. Pretty freaking great start!

As for the ukulele, this was not what I was expecting from a $100 ukulele. The craftsmanship is stunning. The sound is bold and has great volume! It feels so good in your hands! It could have easily been worth twice as much! This is my second ukulele. I was looking for something that was more adaptable for intermediate playing but was on a pretty strict budget and this uke is perfect! So much better than I could have asked for for this price!

This really is a very well made instrument.Coming in at just under $100,the quality of materials,attention to detail and the playability is a pleasant surprise. Right out of the box, the intonation is spot on, the action is great(no filing and grinding needed) and it's got a sweet mellow voice.I usually chuck the tuners on"moderately priced" instruments right away and refit with Grovers,but so far this little guy has been holding tune just fine all day.All in,this is a great deal.If you've read this far,you already want one...so,go ahead and treat yourself.I think you'll be glad you did. Also, the people at Sweetwater have been genuinely helpful with questions, friendly, and made sure everything went as smooth as possible.Thanks.

For $... I was not expecting much at all, I was expecting a 'toy' but this is not a toy, it's a really solid instrument. It came ready to go right out of the box, action was perfect, strings have plenty of life to them. The fret board is really nice, the neck is really smooth, the frets are smooth, no jagged edges, there is abalone around the sound hole and this... guitar has binding, highly impressive.

If you want a really solid ukulele and want something you can grow with, this is it. Shout out to Aaron Swaidner my sales rep, thanks for the awesome ukulele and the extra bag of candy. :)

This is my first musical instrument, but I am somewhat familiar with what a quality instrument should be and I can say THIS is a HIGH QUALITY ukulele! The build is very nicely done and the sound is absolutely wonderful. Very clear and with full volume! The neck is very comfortable. This is a ukulele with guitar like quality! I ordered this uke two days ago and already received it! The shipping was fast and my uke was packed very nicely. I opened the box up and there were some packets about the company and if i were to have a problem with my instrument which is very helpful! And the actual ukulele itself is absolutely AMAZING! This ukulele has amazed me right from the time I opened the box.. The appearance, sound, and fun of playing it are great!

I learned to play uke on a cheap little soprano ukulele... It sounded like a toy. Eventually I decided to upgrade to bigger one with a better sound. I was expecting to pay $150-200 for it, but I found that I liked the sound of this uke a lot more than the sound of the more expensive ones... It's very mellow but also bright at the same time; it sounds like the ones you hear in the famous pop songs that feature ukuleles. The some of the expensive ones almost had a tone similar to the cheap one I had. I was really surprised to find something with as great of a sound as this one at such a low price. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable but quality ukulele!

ok, this is my first uke, and I'm totally enamored, but sound is full, tone is clear, finish and details are lovely - and when I'm playing in my backyard in Brooklyn, an unusual amount of birds swoop in to sing along!

I just bought the Cordoba 15CM at Sweetwater's Gearfest. What a great ukulele. So much fun and hard to put down. The wood grain is beautiful too. Highly recommended and a great price too.

Overall a great little uke for the price. A little fancier than some other models in this range thanks to faux abalone rosette and bound fingerboard/headstock.

Mine sounded and played great. No complaints for the price I paid.

Wanted to review on Sweetwater since I love this shop...

I bought two of these for my fiancé and I to try something new. If I weren"t a guitar player I probably wouldn"t notice this, but as you move up beyond the fourth fret on one of the ukes the notes start getting a bit sharp despite perfect tuning. It"s minor, and for the price of these I"ll still take it as an excellent value and starting instrument

After doing research on the Ukulele, I found the best reviews on the Sweetwater website along with this Cordoba 15CM 15 series. I wanted a new hobby and something different than playing the piano and this is what I came up with. I had great service and it came within the time period that I chose to have my order delivered. It was packaged very well and I was very excited when I got home and found my box from Sweetwater on my porch. The staff was very friendly with follow up emails and offered help if needed.

I'm primarily an acoustic guitar player. I decided that I wanted to learn how to play the ukulele to broaden my horizons. I came across this particular model when I was browsing through my local music store one day, and I ended up buying it. Later that day, I started learning, and I haven't looked back since. The all mahogany construction gives it a nice, smooth, and warm tone. The satin finish enables the ukulele a lingering sustain. The cosmetics are simple and beautiful. The action is also quite low, making it easy to play. Everything adds up to a quality instrument that's fun to play, that beginners, and maybe even seasoned ukulele players can enjoy.

For a medium priced ukulele, I think the cordoba 15cm cannot be beat.I use a snark tuner an d have found that the 2nd string will be a little out of tune(E) . I am using the origilnal strings. I will change to aquila strings in the near future and maybe this will solve the problem. As for construction , you could not ask for better and I really like my Cordoba 15cm John Voorhees in Arkansas

I was very excited when I first saw it. I always wanted a ukulele. This Cordoba concert ukulele is so beautiful with the Mahogany design. When I started playing with it, it has such a great sound. The size of it is just perfect for me.

The ukulele has been very good so far! Once the strings are broken in, it stays in tune pretty well, or at least much better than the one my sister bought at a tourist place in Hawaii. It's been a good instrument for a beginner like me

I purchased this uke for my five year old daughter to begin learning the basics and to give us something meaningful and constructive to do together. It has performed well; good action, good sound, and easy on the eyes. I certainly can't complain about the price. I wanted something adequate and came away with more than I bargained for. The little one is well on her way to playing "You Are My Sunshine" and I'm a proud daddy. On a comparative note, my Cordoba 20cm sounds no better and plays no better than the 15cm, so save 70 bucks or so and go with this one.

I'm a professional musician. I bought this for my daughter last year. I'm teaching her to play, and have used it myself on a few gigs. It performed like a professional grade ukulele! I was very pleased. I recommend these to other student level players, but even a pro would be impressed. One upgrade should be a bone nut.

It all started when I found a book on the sale rack at a book store on "Learn How to Play the Ukulele" Then I needed to buy a Ulk. After a few hours of research on Sweetwater, because that's where I buy all of my musical components, I decided on this one. Oh, yes also after reading the book too. Which clued me in on what size would best suite me. After you tune it and strum the open strings, it starts. You want to keep playing. The sound is certainly good, not that I have anything to compare it to. It's just fun. Well made with an easy fret board for my decent sized fingers. After I master the Ulk some more, I will probably add to my collection. You can't be sad playing this fun instrument !!!

I've played guitar for 30 years but this is my first uke. It's beautifully built, has a lovely tone, and stays in tune. Seems quite a bit nicer than several other ukes our friends own (which are similar price and up). I can't give it 5 stars as I am simply too inexperienced to judge!

I am very pleased with the sound, the construction, and the play-ability of this instruments.

Guitar player who picked up a value priced Uke that preforms better than expected. Tuners are as expected (meh), plastic nut and bridge. Sticker "inlay" adds a nice touch. Action is a little high, so no fret buzz. No truss rod, but has a straight neck. No soft case. Strings have a lot of stretch to them and take some time to break in. With felt picks it's puts out the sound.
It's playable and for a first Uke or to have something to mess around outdoors with and not have to worry about for that it's perfect. Best of all the for the first time in her life the wife picked up something with strings and wants to learn how to play it. Why? Because it makes happy sounds! That is worth every penny!

It doesn't stay in tune as well as it should. I am somewhat disappointed.
