Great Tuners!

If you're looking to do some DIY upgrades to your strat this is a great place to start. I have a 2005 MIM strat and have never changed tuners on a guitar before. This took all of 15 minutes and I'm very happy with these. Build quality is good and adding these is one of the easiest and beneficial things you can do to upgrade your guitar. I've read some reviews where they talk about these enhancing the tone. I don't really see that and that's not the point of having these. Locking tuners make changing strings go faster. That's it. It can be argued they add to tuning stability. While they certainly do that, if you know how to change your strings with conventional tuners they will be stabe as well. So, quick to change strings and personally I think the brushed chrome is a professional look.

Very Helpful, I Need All The Help I Can Get.

Solid pieces of gear, they fit in the headstock prefect as they should, this is my second set and I highly recommend them to anyone with newer style Fender headstocks. Works great with just a small amount of winding.

Perfect

I installed these tuners on a MIM Strat after I replaced the bridge with a Floyd Rose Rail Tail. Makes string changes a breeze. I don't know if they keep a guitar in tune any better or not - that's the great debate. But the combo of these tuners and the Floyd Rose makes life easier. They are of solid build and they look nice.
