I've been helping my clients build their studios, setup their live music rigs, and find their perfect instrument for nearly 10 years at Sweetwater. My main two passions are music and taking care of the customers that I work with day in and day out.
I have a deep background in recording and live sound. I've been playing guitar for almost 20 years as well, although I'm still not as good as I'd like to be.
I'm fortunate enough to work with a team here at Sweetwater that also deeply cares about the customer experience. I enjoy Soundcloud.com because it's a quick and easy way to hear the ideas, production and musicianship of so many people on a large scale. It's amazing how many people there are creating and sharing music.

Aside from music production I also enjoy Scuba Diving. My father got me into it about 10 years ago and we try to dive as much as possible.

All of the years of recording and working on music really helped. I also have an Indie record label where I develop artists. Working with Country artist Staci Stork (www.stacistork.com) on her live show and albums and Indie Rock band Humble Wolf (www.humblewolf.com) give me a good outlet to test the latest gear.
Many of you probably got used to speaking with Morgan Randol over the past five years. She just recently left to take care of her daughter full-time at home so in January 2016 Riley Koenemann joined the team to help out moving forward.
Morgan and I brought Riley up to speed before she left so he'll be able to help with a wide variety of tasks if I'm not readily available. Riley and I will continue to offer the same level of service and attention moving forward!
Ryan - thank you SO VERY MUCH for all your help through these last years. I am NOT a techie, so i am often frustrated trying to order equipment, etc. You were always very patient and willing to talk me through even the smallest parts order. Your boss should know that you made us feel like your biggest client EVERY TIME…. That is a very special aspect of Sweetwater! I know that you had most clients who were far more knowledgeable (and spent more money!), but you have been a great rep. You even gave me your cell number when I was out of town, and we were having issues with equipment/order.
