Who am I? Technically, I'm a Sales Engineer at Sweetwater Sound. And if you're reading this, I'm probably YOUR Sales Engineer. However in my eyes, sales is merely the engine by which I can affect positive change in peoples' lives. I would consider myself to be an advocate for all things that enrich the human experience. You'll find that I'm just as passionate about great movies and great food as I am about instruments and audio. And while there's no doubt I get excited when someone wants to purchase a brand new guitar, I get just as excited when they would rather talk about football.
I'm someone who is committed to making this world a better place for as many people as I possibly can. Luckily, the opportunity here at Sweetwater has gifted a reason to talk to more interesting, funny and talented people in a day than most people will talk to in a month. My customers represent a cross section of some of the most gifted and passionate people on the planet, and I only hope that I can return that favor to each and every one of them, in some small way.
As your personal contact here at Sweetwater, please let me know anytime I can offer help or advice.

I was the Technical Director of a lighting and electrical company. I ran the entire network, and various software systems.
Because I heard there was a slide. Also, because I love music, and because Sweetwater has a reputation not only in the audio industry, but in our own community for being an outstanding organization. But yeah, mostly the slide.
Computers, networking, software, guitars, pedals, amps, microphones, signal flow, digital audio, mathematical theory and applications, and I also make a mean batch of chocolate chip cookies.
Fab Dupont is a genius. You really should subscribe to puremix. Seriously, why are you still reading this? Go subscribe!
Guitar is my first love, but I've taken a lap around most instruments with strings.
Multiple high-end acoustic and electric guitars, a bass guitar, pedals, a couple of amps, a couple of great mics, a nice interface and a workstation with a DAW - Please don't ever buy something just because I own it. It's all about the right tool for the job.
I was formerly a professional online poker player, and actually contributed to early forums to help shape the mathematical modeling of hand range theory, which is the platform upon which modern poker theory is grounded in statistical truth. I also made some money!

Absolutely amazed by the personal service on our order! It is obvious customer satisfaction is a priority. Your company would be the first place we would look for music related items. Great prices, great service and BTW, even the little touch of adding some candy made my kids very pleased! Thank you!
David from Renton, WA
I have to say it's the most personal order I've ever made from the pre-ship phone call, to the email, and finally the candy in the box. Thanks! I don't think I could beat the customer service even in a local shop
Chrystal from McMinnville, TN
From the customer service call after my order, to e-mailing me a copy of the invoice, to the great price, free shipping and candy in the box...a pleasure!
