(incl kick from same, but it isn't mapped to a key)

These are mapped in GM format to Layer 1.
Layer2 is borrowed from "44 GeneralMidi Kit".

The file 808kymap.krz is a substitute for Layer2 using samples from
the 808AIF.ZIP collection (RimShot, HandClap, ClosedHHt, ClosingHHt, and
OpenHHt... it also includes yet unmapped 808 snares).

I'm really not done with this program/patch yet... but I don't know how
soon i'll finish.

all was sampled using Microsoft Sound System 44k 16bit mono.
The raw WAV files are in .../sounds/simmons/wav.
